I was very nervous buying a modular couch but as you can see from my photos my very long rectangle of a living room needed something that you can only get from a modular couch. I looked everywhere but decided on the 12 peice in dark blue velvet. Things to know, 1. They ship in 13 separate boxes and super fast, but dont worry, if you only get 7 packages one day and 6 the next they are coming. 2. The customer service is top notch they even called me after to make sure I loved my couch. 3. Set up is EXTREMELY simple! Everything is in the base that you will need plus extras! NOW FOR THE MAIN EVENT. The comfort, when we first got part of the couch we set it up like a single section sectional. This is a firm couch do not expect to fall into the seat like a cloud. So, I would say in a single seat no leg up set up its not super comfortable, more of a clinical couch in a Dr. Office, but lets be honest youre not buying this to set it up that way. Now when we got all the peices and have it set in the formation we wanted with our throw pillows and blankets, it became perfection. My husband is a 6'3 270lbs blue collar worker with a bad back and he loves it. You can really kick your feet up feel super supported and just sit back and relax on this. I was worried about a lower back couch because I haven't had one and man even that was perfect for laying your arms up and sitting back. The fabric is LOVELY so soft and comfortable. The best part is we have 2 golden retrievers and 2 long haired cats and the hair comes right off! Its very pet friendly and seems easy to clean. For the price, service, comfortability, clean-ability and all out look I had to give it a 5 star. PS I set this up completely by myself including lifting the boxes so it's definitely doable for a lady(not that I wouldn't have accepted help 😅) I included a picture I made of possible layouts because I decided before setting this up and moving it 100000 times I could narrow it down by coming up with any formation on paper first. This saved alot of time and both my husband and I picked the same formation before we even got the couch in the mail. OK that should be it. Sorry for the book but this couch has little reviews or YouTube reviews so I wanted to be as throw as possible. UPDATE: After having the couch now for a while here is the update. I still love the couch and often find myself wanting to sleep on it over my $4K mattress in my bedroom. Something about this couch makes you just want to relax and I have spent many nights crashing out on it because of how much room and how comfortable it is. My husband actually asked if we should just get another one and replace our master bedroom bed set with this instead.....I will say I am considering that offer that is how comfy it is in the full set up.

This couch was super easy to assemble, sturdy, love the storage capacity as it works great for throw blankets, pillows, and toy. It very soft, comfortable, and looks amazing. One recommendation - is to check the depth of the couch. If you are tall, then this couch may not be deep enough, unless you use the ottomans. I love this couch so much, I just ordered a couple more modules to add to it.

Beyond satisfied with these couches! I was a little skeptical at first because ordering couches online is always risky but I cannot tell you how great these couches are. Not only did they arrive fast , I got the first 2 packages a few days after order was placed then I got the rest of the 8 boxes a few days after. Putting them together was very easy. Placement of the couches is endless, the storage in each of the couches is a bonus to keep blankets and toys hidden from view. The only downfall for me was that I ordered the 9 seater and I felt like it was missing a pillow because the corner seat takes 2 pillows to cover the corner, I evened up having to order another backseat pillow which I hope will be the same as the one it comes with. I am beyond happy with the sofa, not only is it comfortable and beautiful looking but it is soft to the touch and will be used daily

Pros: The couch came on time, was easy to assemble, seems durable and easy to clean. Couch is a normal sized couch and matches the dimensions provided. Cons: The 2 side pieces that came with the couch did not connect well (or at all). I think the holes might have been drilled wrong. Couch is a bit stiff initially, and may need some "break in time)

It's very versatile. I thought I wanted the 9 pieces for a HUGE couch to spread out in. Turns out I only needed 6 for a very comfortable TV room lounger. I made a chaise with the other 3 pieces & I'm happier than I expected. Customer service : Excellent. I had a warranty issue. They were prompt and and communicative. They resolved the issue quickly by sending me a new section right away. Assembly : Simple. Fast.

It is a just a very “okay” couch. I do love the storage and it feels durable (we have pets and kids).. The cushions are firm but will probably soften up over time. We did buy separate arm sides so that we could have a couch and love seat with this 6 pieces. I would say the biggest problem is that the back of the couch is very low. So if you are used to sitting with putting your back up against it, you will be disappointed. (The back is only as high as the arm sides). We have always purchased furniture from furniture stores so we have a very comfortable area by actually trying out first before buying. I won’t return this and hope we get used to it and hope it lasts several years. Also the customer service is amazing. They called just to make sure we got all the pieces and that nothing was damaged).

Really love this couch. Again please be aware it may come in separate deliveries as there are 13 boxes that come with it! Be patient, it will get there! If you don't see a tracking number right away for separate deliveries just reach out and they will find it for you!!! They are very helpful and quick to respond! The couch overall is very comfortable, I don't feel like I am going to sink into it, but I love the firmness. We wanted a couch we could lounge around on, so it fits perfectly with what we wanted! I love the Navy color. It is also very easy to put together! Each individual piece is very light so easy to move around. You can't go wrong with this couch it is totally worth it.
