I am absolutely delighted with my purchase of this sofa! It is large and light-colored, making the room look visually more spacious and cozy. I just recieved this couch today but I'm going to write an initial review and will update later if needed. Purchased: 8 seater U shaped Modular- came in 6 boxes Pros: Super easy assembly-Took maybe 1-2 hours if that to assemble by myself. The couch actually is fair quality. Sturdy foundation so I'm not worried about my toddler jumping on it too much. Fabric is soft. Think tighter knit velvet (I was kind of surprised it felt pretty good). Cushions aren't too soft but aren't too hard either. This isn't a couch you'll initially melt into. But I am waiting for the 48 hours for it to fluff up. However, I'm good with breaking in a couch. I bought the 8 seater since it was on sale and set it up into 2 couches since we're in a new place. Very easy to change arrangements. Great deep gray color. Things worth considering: I wish the couches were a bit deeper. Without the backrest pillow, I think it may be fine, but with it it doesn't feel like you're really into the couch. Also, the cushions would be perfect with some velcro to secure the seats/pillows. But that can be a simple fix. The couch is also a little on the lower side, but if you replaced the legs you'd be fine. It's decent height, but could be taller. If you decide to move things around it might feel like you need another backrest or arm cushion. As you can see in one of my photos the 2 seater I made is missing a pillow for one arm rest. Speaking of, arm rests could be a little thicker. Overall, this is a fair couch for the money. Especially if you want to avoid paying thousands per article of furniture at a local furniture store. ... show more

I based my purchase off other reviews, so I wanted to make sure I left I one too. We have had the couch for a week now in our teens gaming room. The modular design made it lightweight to carry up the stairs and it was easy to assemble and can be rearranged if wanted. The fabric is great, soft feel, and better than expected. You’re getting what you pay for the assembly is very simple materials are okay but no issues all came unbroken/torn cushions are pretty firm (haven’t had time to see how much they break in) the seats are 17.5 inches in depth if You are someone who likes to sit back and slouch move on this is not for you unless you have the ottomans in front of you you are basically sitting straight up on this couch overall it’s pretty good for 1,000 bucks ... show more

Update: I attempted to return but they refused to send someone to pick up the couch and it comes sealed and in boxes that are not regular sizes you can grab at the store, so repackaging myself was not an option and would have cost a lot. After much back and forth and other interactions on their part that didn’t follow @mazon or leg@l guidelines, I finally got a full refund. It looks like they updated their advertising to be more accurate and removed most of the false info, and also lowered the price point by 4-500 from the sale price I had purchased it at. So with that in mind it could be worth it as long as you know what you are getting. We’ve sat on it for movie nights (2 adults, 3 kids) and it was bearable for one movie, rather uncomfortable after two. Personally still wouldn’t purchase from B3lffin again because of lack of integrity. Original: I’ve never truly regretted a purchase until now. This couch is advertised as seating 7-8, having deep seats, and providing generous space for lounging. The reality? None of these. In order to fit 7-8 everyone needs to sit bolt upright, and those in the corner seats have no where to put their legs (unless they are small kids). The “deep seats” are only 17” deep which is more shallow than even a standard couch depth! In order to “lounge” on this couch you’d have to take up at least 2-3 cushions, reducing the seating to 3-4 people. The only thing deep about this couch is the deeply misleading advertising. I give it one star because of the storage space and pretty dark gray color. I have reached out to the seller and will update if they are able to make this right, but how on earth am I supposed to return something like this? Hopefully they can figure something out quickly and satisfactorily, because I’m getting ready to report this false advertising to the FTC. ... show more
