The surge protector would no stay on after plugged in. The light would turn green then a second later would beep and turn off. It would not reset either. I had another brand bidet seat on the same outlet for the last 2 years with no issue. Got a new toilet and ordered this seat to go with it. Now this goes back and I have to order another one.     • works well so far, cannot figure out how to turn off annoying beeping?
product is nice and works well. was not a huge deal to install either. only gripe so far is the annoying beeping sound that it makes every time a function turns off/on. been trying to figure out how to turn it off, so far to no avail. Also: there is no customer service or ANY other contact number/email anywhere, only a "hotline" telephone number that starts with 400 - does not work in the US. ... show more

The hose points in the wrong direction. The manual says "Do not twist the hose". I had to use force to twist the braided aluminum. The connect is then very poor and may leak over time. Proprietary hose which I cannot just buy to replace. Perhaps if your water inlet is not right behind the toilet, the hose will fit better. In my case, the water is behind the toilet, the hose comes out the left side as in the photo. No way around this, as far as I can see right now. ... show more

    • All of the best features at a fraction of the price!
I took a gamble on a brand I've never heard of, and I don't regret it! This bidet is awesome, the best I’ve ever used. Having previously used a plain valve-operated cold water bidet, this one is better in every conceivable way. The remote is nice since you can stick the holder (adhesive) anywhere you want. Also, you won’t need a separate valve to limit water pressure (you couldn’t install one anyway since it has a proprietary connector hose with the splitter built in) because you can control the pressure from the remote plus the spray is pretty soft even on max pressure. (The pressure is good, it’s just very evenly distributed like a strong mist and never coalesces into a hard stream that would cause discomfort like with cheaper bidets) If the outlet is too far away like mine was, just use a heavy duty appliance extension cord for dryers rated at 1875W since that’s what this is rated at. I recommend keeping an eye on it for a bit, because I happened to catch it at $309 with a 49% off coupon and got it for ~$150, with all of the features of a bidet that costs 3x as much! ... show more

Economical replacement for a BioBidet that we had for approx. 5 years. Works very well. Turned off the LED light as wife found it distracting in the middle of the night (wake you up when you don’t want to be further awake). The only complaint is the beep when you sit down on it. If we could turn that off, it would be perfect. Regardless, for the price, it is still 5 stars. ... show more

Love it.... I bought this bidet on sale for about $200. It's heavy duty & seems like great quality. Heated water & heat drying is a plus. Adjustable positions & water pressure.. again a plus. Iw ould have been happy & thought it was well worth the $$ without all these options. I will be purchasing another for the 2nd bathroom. The only negative is the remote control.. All options are on the remote but the remote uses IR & won't send the commands unless you awkwardly aim the remote at the sensor which is behind you to the left ... show more
