The ladder was easy to assemble and very portable for 12 foot ladder. I weigh about 300 pounds and I held me just fine. I would suggest the product to anyone who needs long ladders and short on space.

The ladder has been great for my work as a Yacht Broker. It has been a year and a top cap has fallen off as well as one of the rubber feet. I need to buy a replacement as that is a safety issue. The bottom cross bar where the feet attach, also bent.

When closing- No slow down between each step so very dangerous for your fingers… Another cone is that you need to close each step individually. Materials are good though

The first ladder I brought had an issue with it. Even though I received it in December I wasn’t able to us it until February. This is when I found out about the problem. I contacted BEETRO about it thinking I wouldn’t hear back from them. Wow was I wrong, They e-mailed me back right away; asked me what was wrong. Unfortunetly you have to hold down latches on both sides to retract each rung so you have to be extra careful where you place your fingers. Its heavier than i expected but i believe the sturdiness is more important.

the compact size is perfect for apartment/condo. I store it next to my washing machine. I have 12' ceilings and have painted two walls up to the ceiling, and also needed to adjust a vent in the ceiling. this ladder is sturdy enough for me (175lbs).
