I am 160cm and 45kg. I took the size S. The pants fit perfectly though I wish the wait was a little longer but I wouldn't say it's low. The top also fits me well but considering that I have a little small chest, it does look a bit big on me. On the other hand, not a big issue, because it's, is supposed to be worn under clothes. The only thing I found a little uncomfortable is that the top feels a little long and as if the top is a bit larger size than the pants as if they don't have the same size. I used they size chart to buy it and recommend you do the same. I thought that the pants might have been a little short because according to the size chart, I wasn't falling to the exact size but I was closer to the lower size. I just received them yesterday, ran them thru washer/dryer, and wore them to bed last night and had the best sleep ever. I bought these for camping & I can't wait to wear them! They are super comfy on the inside and soft on the outside. Surprisingly, they are the perfect length on me! They sit right at my belly button. The shirt is rather long as it almost goes passed my bubble bottom, but that is too be expected. I have athletic arms & the shirt isn't too tight! The only negative is you can see my cellulite through them but not a big deal since I am gonna wear these under clothes or just to lounge around. After buying 3 pairs of Innerze bottoms I decided to try a set. The brand is different in the set. The sizing is different too. Pants are shorter in the rise and longer in the leg length. I’m 5’2” 128# sturdy build 36DDD bust. Got size XL because they’re for PJ’s which for me a roomy fit is more comfortable even though arms and legs are about 2” too long. This base layer set is wonderfully warm and fits beautifully. It is so soft and comfy. I wear them under hiking pants for outdoor use and I also wear the tops as PJ's matched with flannel joggers. I've already ordered a second set and have recommended them to all my friends. I've washed them on a gentle cycle in cold water then dried them and they came out great. I’m 5’5 and 171 lb and ordered a M. Top and bottom fit perfectly. For reference, I’m a size 8 or 10 in jeans and wear size M t-shirts. Haven’t worn out in the cold yet but they have a fleece feel on the inside and I think they’ll be a warm base layer for outdoor winter activities.
