I have anaphylaxis and have a homestead. As I am to avoid gardens, you can see what a predicament I’m in. Sure, I can wear an inflatable suit but chatgpt 🙄 advised me against it🤭. Since I have to be covered head to toe, why not. I’ve used the suit several times and have since washed it once. In Georgia it is not as “breathable” as you’d expect. But I use fans and ice packs inside. The material feels soft-jeany, yes, I’m making up words. No issues with the zippers, and no tears so far (the hat rim bottom wire has poked through.. ladies think of underwire bras, a little annoying but I knew from wearing said bras that it could happen. Note that I’m extremely active in it. I have also treated the suit and have not had any mishaps with nature. Size L ... show more

I wanted to be able to assist my husband in beekeeping duties and this bee suit fits the ticket. I am a short, plus sized lady and chose a 3x. It's perfect for me, it's not too heavy, not too light. I like that it has the stirrups for my feet, makes me feel secure so I know that bees aren't going to be flying up my pants somehow. Steer clear of this beekeeping suit. The zippers on the veil are plastic and break easily. I have purchased two of these suits and both zippers had to be replaced by a professional tailor. Also I am a XL and the zipper up the front did not go low enough making it extremely difficult to get in and out of. I purchased a XXL with the hope that it would be easier to put on and take off, but even though I was swimming in the suit it remained difficult to get off even with an assistant at the apiary. I had the same tailor lengthen the front zipper. I ended up modifying both suits at a cost of $30 each. Even though this suit is comfortable and the veil has great visibility I just can't bring myself to give a better review which is a shame. ... show more
