Although the crate is very nice, good size for my Shih poo, he won’t go in it. My 17 month -old grandson thinks it’s a toy for him. Took about an hour to put together, I bought a nice distressed gray to go with my decor. May be returning it!

I got this for my 8-week old puppy and put it next to my bed, I can put my hand into the crate and pet her head if she starts to cry and she goes back to sleep right away. It is too soon to tell if she will chew it or not, but she loves to go in the crate during the day. I also got the plastic tray for the floor with and a soft washable bed.

This was fairly easy to put together and it looks GORGEOUS, more like a piece of furniture than a dog crate. It's sturdy enough to set two heavier plants and some books on top of it. The wire part of the cage itself is OK. I have a medium sized dog and it stands up pretty well to his scratching when he's initially unhappy at being crated, but I'm not sure it would be super durable if a large dog was determined to keep hitting at it, so just something to keep in mind. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and it fit my need, just unsure if it would work for a dog much larger than my 40 pound one.

I bought two of these and my chihuahuas love them. They were pretty easy to assemble and are sturdy. The only issue I had is the pad that comes with them is not great. I bought better beds to put inside them and now they are perfect. They look so much better in the house than a normal dog crate would.

Update- customer service went out of their way to contact me and make it right. I really respect that! They sent a replacement top and three replacement pads to replace the wrong three I received. And everything is perfect on them now! We purchased these when moving from a larger home with two living areas to a home with only one. I wanted kennels that blended in with furniture and looked nicer than the metal ones. These definitely do that for me and look great! We purchased two large and two medium ones. The two large are side by side like a media center under the tv and the two mediums are like end tables. They are beautiful! If you have large strong dogs I’d be careful with these. But for my large dogs (and small) they work great for just sleeping in. We bought four! Two large and two medium. All ordered at the same time, shipped at the same time from the same place and arrived at the same time. But one if the three are different. And only one of the four have the nice soft bed that’s pictured. But worse is one arrived damaged. These are definitely not worth what they cost and I’m upset I’ve spent so much money on four of them.
