  • Quality product
I purchased this out of one paycheck, waited til the next one, and bought the 2x32 GB RAM sticks for the max of 64 GB, the NVME M.2 two terabytes, and a 2.5 in 2 TB SSD. Before adding all the new hardware, I finally fired it up and checked things out, downloaded a couple of apps, and everything worked very well and had a fast bootup. I then followed the Beelink video on preparing for the new M.2. When I had everything ready, I opened the unit (carefully), installed the new RAM and M.2, and closed the unit up. Plugged everything back in, plugged in the USB stick, started this little jewel while holding down the F7 key, popped into the bios, and found that it had already detected NVME M.2 was not a boot disk and had switched to the USB stick. I chose the already highlighted stick, hit enter to make sure it was selected, exited out of bios, and started the process of installing win11. I didn't time it, but I think it was just a few minutes and it started presenting screens to gather information, like computer name, keyboard layout, etc. After that, it was smooth sailing til I ran into a black screen of nothing. After waiting several minutes and nothing, I forced shut down the mini, gave it about a minute, then restarted it. It started all over with the information gathering. I finally got to the main screen and started with the welcome to win11 and pointing out all the bells and whistles added that made it better than win10. About 3 minutes later, the black screen hit again. I was getting upset at this point and was about to force shutdown again when accidentally hit a key on the keyboard and the video came back to life. I suspected it was timing out to NOTHING for a screen saver. Went into settings, power, and found the screen saver was set to 5 minutes, and sleep was set to 15 minutes of inactivity. Set both to Never, and have been happily running it for a 24-hour burn-in without any glitches. Correction, I shut it down for about 20 minutes while I again opened it up and added the new 2.5" SSD. I still have to add my games back in, but at this point, I'm very happy with it. Dislikes: I don't care if it was black with a white stick figure on it and underneath it reads 'screensaver' to let folks know that it isn't an indication of a problem and that you need to change the power settings. Secondly, with the original M.2 in it, there should be something near the beginning of the first boot, to inform you of the power settings needing to be changed in case the black screen happens there. Lastly, the video I followed was very quick, I had to pause, start, pause, start, etc. to follow all the steps necessary to prepare for the new M.2 and what you needed to do after you did your first bootup on the new M.2. Again, there needs to be a tip/warning/blinking red light, just something to let you know to get to settings and change the power settings for screensaver and sleep. In case you are wondering, the second SSD is so I can set this critter to a dual boot system with Linux on it. ... show more

  • Works great for retro gaming.
Man this thing has been awesome. It will run everything through gamecube and PS2 like a champ. Used it with retrobat and it is fantastic hooked up to my 70 inch TV with a candy bar keyboard mouse combo and a Bluetooth controller.

  • Powerful little computer
This is a great little computer and is very capable! I'm thankful to have finally pulled the trigger on the purchase. I was surprised to find a mount for it in the box and it just made it a bit better

  • Great for mild gaming and basic stuff
I bought this so my kids would have something to play with in my car. I have a small usb monitor mounted. I didn't have huge expectations with this since it doesn't have a powerful video card but it does have a ryzen 7 and 16GB of ram so it can handle a lot of things. If also outputs 4k! I used it to play 4k content on my big tv! I installed emulators for PS1, PS2, PSP, PS3, and retroarch. Me and my kids love tekken and other fighting games so most of my roms are exactly those. This pc handled all of them with no problems! I even used it for steam and played tekken 7! I did some photoshop and minor video editing, and still did the job. So I really tried its power and it did not fail. If you want a great pc for retro games, emulation, minor video and photo edits, and general pc use, this is a great laptop replacement! I rarely day this with AMD products but I highly recommend this for people on a budget and just want to get some stuff done! ... show more
