Going from a standard-sized desktop to an SFF build about the size of a book was nice. Going from that to a computer that is lighter, quieter, faster, and has a great price for performance was an even bigger upgrade. As mentioned, the computer is quiet enough to be placed a foot away from a microphone and I was unable to hear it. With an extremely small footprint, about the size of a 120mm computer fan, it easily fits anywhere in my backpackand is light enough to not notice a difference. Furthermore, the computer is easy to upgrade with the turn of four easy-to-access screws on the bottom, allowing me to upgrade the ram, add a 2.5-inch hard drive, upgrade the NVME SSD and the wireless card. You just have to be careful to not tug on the cable attaching the bottom pannel where the hard drive is mounted to the top case where the computer's motherboard is. The only bad things about this computer is that one of the USB ports is only USB2 and only gigabit ethernet. Otherwise, this computer is great for everyday use if you don't need a GPU.

I bought this to use as a "drawing and painting" computer to use with a drawing tablet which has its own screen. The drawing tablet's screen is my monitor for this tiny wonder. The included 500GB SSD is more than enough for my drawing software and any pictures I create. Setup was simple -- I plugged it in, attached my monitor and a cabled keyboard and a mouse with a USB dongle and turned the computer on. That was it! I installed a couple of printer drivers, installed the drawing software and I'm off and running! The XP-Pen drawing tablet (it was a separate purchase) I'm using requires an HDMI port, a USB port for data transfer and a USB port which provides enough power to run the tablet's 1920x1080 screen. Initially I used the drawing tablet's own power adapter so that most of the USB ports would remain available for external drives from which I would install software. Once I had the software installed, I hooked up the drawing tablet's power USB cable to one of the Bee-Link's USB3 ports and it provides enough power to drive the tablet's screen! Now for the truly great part -- I have an external battery pack which can output 19v up to 4amps, and I used the correct plug to fit the Bee-Link's power input jack and it works! So the Bee-Link mini-PC and my drawing tablet are truly mobile and independent of AC outlets! The current battery pack I'm using has 30K mAh, which translates to being able to power the Bee-Link setup for about 2.5 hours (which is about the same length of time as I get from my current laptop). I've just ordered a different battery pack with 50K mAh, which should give me just about 3 hours of use. I'll be experimenting over the next few days to see if my estimates of the time are accurate. This Bee-Link will be fine for the majority of computing tasks (e-mail, web-surfing, word-processing, spreadsheet use) and also for drawing/painting apps, and photo editing. I don't do any video editing these days so I can't say how good it would be for that. My guess is that a more powerful computer would be better for that. This has 16GB ram installed, but it can be boosted to 32GB if desired. Storage space inside is 500GB but with external USB SSD devices there is no limit. What is truly shocking to this old duffer is that this fantastic little computer costs about half what my original 32MB hard drive and controller cost, "back in the day." This is a great little device! I can imagine buying a small inexpensive monitor and mounting one of these on the back (it comes with a mounting bracket and the screws for just that purpose!) to have a superb all-in-one computer that takes up hardly any space at all.

Great little PC for the price. It was plug and play, came with Win11 Pro which was nice so I can RDP to it. It has room for a 2nd SSD which is nice. If I wanted to swap OS's to Linux it would be easy.. but I'm sticking with Win11 for now. I have it setup as my a media player via wifi for Emby and testing Plex (for HDMI output) for my 80" home LCD. Its fast and quiet and does what I want, super easy to setup. No problems with video playback. It has an onboard 4GB GPU, which is more then enough to play 702, 1080 or 4k videos. I tried a r-pi4 for this use, but it choked on 1080 or better videos and I went with this. Even though this was a bit more expensive, it saved me countless hours with the pi.

Bought this as a shared house computer that won't do much heavy lifting - should have plenty of power to handle that duty. The small size of this box is a huge plus where this will be located, it's even smaller than I was expecting. After doing the initial setup, I felt like I should point out a couple things: 1. It was not mentioned in the product description, but the box ships with Win 11 Pro 2. I did a clean install of Win 11 (highly recommended) from a flash drive, and quickly found out that the BIOS and boot menu don't properly send video to a monitor with resolution > 1080 - it was just a black screen as if there was no input. I had to plug the video cable into a 1080 monitor to get boot menu video to work. (normal OS video output did not have the same issue) Other than that small snag, setup went smooth and the machine seems to be working fine so far. I'll update my review if anything changes. EDIT - minus one star for a flaky display port output. When Windows turns off the displays after inactivity, the display port output occasionally gets a short video on signal, causing the display to flash momentarily and Windows makes the display connected/disconnected dings. HDMI and USBC video output are fine and don't have this issue.

This thing is fast and ideal for music production due to the low fan noise and also the specs, I upped it to 64gb and changed the main 1tb SSD to a 2tb Samsung and used the main for a extra drive...so worth it 😉 Quick update Waiting on a external GPU box that's the equivalent of a GTX 3070 that will make it like ps6

I wanted something small and low-power for my work, which mostly involves running lots of linux consoles over a VPN back to my employer. I wiped windows off this and put Arch Linux on it with no problems. Hooked it up to a 4k monitor and it drives that just fine. Quick little box, barely takes up any space, and makes no noise. Very pleased with it.
