If you're looking for a solution to feed your bees without needing to use an entrance feeder that attracts robber bees and predators or the need to fill quart-size mason jars every other day, this is the right product for you! I located my hive in a raised garden bed in my backyard that is about 2.5 feet tall on its own, so the inner cover is usually chest -high for me when I inspect my bees. I placed the feeder in the frame position closest to the wall of the hive I stand by when I'm inspecting, so when I need to refill it, all I have to do is take the outer cover off, slide the inner cover far enough away from me that I can access the bee ladders in the top of the feeder, and then I replace one of the bee ladders with a funnel and fill up the feeder! Super easy and very little disturbance to my bees! Speaking of the bee ladders, they are awesome. The mesh is the right size to allow the bees to climb, but not get through into the syrup and drown. The size of the ladders is perfect to allow multiple "lanes" of bees to go in and out to get their food without overcrowding. And the size of the reservoir is great. I got my NUC of bees about 3 weeks ago and I only need to refill the feeder once every 5 days! I may be new to beekeeping and I maybe don't know as much as long-time experts, but I like the fact that the bees are able to keep the food warm inside the hive, they are able to access food at all times, and I don't have to disturb the bees much at all to keep the feeder full. In my opinion, this is great product! P.S. In my 10-frame, deep langstroth hive box, one feeder allows 9 deep frames to fit beside it nice and tight. No crazy comb for me to have to manage, which is nice.

These feeders work as expected. They only take up the space of one frame in a hive and using a funnel makes filling it with syrup easy.

Easy to assemble, fits well into hive like standard full deep frame sizes. Easy to clean out and refill with sugar syrup. Well built,very good quality materials. Sturdy. Value for money. Functions as stated and bees don't get stuck in it. They can feed easily and access safely. Can be placed in a deep frame box on the outer sides just remove a frame and replace with the feeder.

More expensive units but well worth it. Compared to some cheaper brands, they don't hold a candle to BeeHive products. Easy fit and the bees love them.

Great product and well made. The only issue is you have to remove two frames in some boxes. Still use these regularly.
