I would like to edit my previous review. The pillows are premium quality, some of the nicest mosh plush and full pillows I've ever seen. Better than hotel quality! They're feather soft but don't sink or deflate. The perfect balance of plush and full while being firm enough to not flatten out. Great for people with neck pain, migraines, and the quality and support are perfection. There was a slight hiccup with being sent the wrong size but I'm happy to say that Amazon/seller rectified and addressed the issue promptly and made up for it. Edited: It took several weeks to get these pillows in shape. They arrived flat and very lumpy. I did all the things one does when getting new pillows: let them breathe for a few hours, fluffed them by hand, and put them into the dryer on the fluff/no heat cycle for 20 minutes. However, I didn't have much success. I didn't have time to send them back before I had to leave town. I came back three weeks later, having just left them lying on the guest room bed. They looked and felt a little better, so I repeated the aforementioned steps. Now they're fine, though I prefer pillows with a little more support. these are not firm, not even "medium" firm, they are very soft pillows. I lay down and the pillow sinks and comes up around my ears. They come rolled up and vacuum sealed, not flat, so that should have been my first clue. My search for an actually FIRM pillow continues.
