The pillow arrived vacuum-sealed along with extra fill to firm up the pillow. After fluffing it up in the dryer, it puffed up nicely. I like that the fill is adjustable, unlike other pillows out there. It's very comfy, but my experience is that with most soft fill pillows, they tend to flatten out much quicker. I'm afraid it will happen with this one, but time will tell. ... show more

This pillow is super comfortable for my preferences. I’m a side sleeper and like a malleable pillow and this one definitely is. I like the thickness of it just how it came. There is a small zipper where you can pull some of the stuffing out of it, if you’d like. There is a little spot the zipper end can be pushed into so that don’t feel it. If I read it correctly I was supposed to receive an extra 3.5 ounces of stuffing. I did not have any extra stuffing included. I’m thinking it just got missed in my package though. I like the thickness of the pillow as it is, so it’s not a big deal to me. I did reach in and feel the filling and it feels like a very nice, high quality filling. It’s made from 100 percent polyester. The shell is made from “100 percent rayon derived from bamboo.” This leads me to my favorite thing about the pillow. It’s a cooling pillow and I love that feature. It’s definitely cooler than my other pillows. As I get older I get hotter when I sleep and this is such a great feature. It’s smooth on one side and quilted on the other. Both sides feel cool and I don’t really have a preference for a side. It’s also machine washable which is very nice. I won’t be washing it until it needs it though so I can’t comment on how well it holds up in the wash. Finally it has the OEKO-TEX standard 100 on the label which means it has passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances. This is a high quality pillow for a fair price and I’m so happy I have it. I wish I had received the extra filling but it’s still a five star pillow. I will be getting more of these. ... show more

The pillow arrived vacuum sealed and extremely compacted. There was also a vacuum sealed bag of extra filling for adding to the pillow through a small zippered opening if desired. The pillow and extra filling both expanded as soon as they were opened. The pillow was fluffy within minutes. I added all the extra filling to my pillow, and it is now the exact thickness that I prefer. This pillow has definitely improved the quality of my sleep! It is just the right softness, and I love how the filling can be added or removed to make it exactly the right thickness. It is fluffy, but somehow firm at the same time. I am both a side and back sleeper, and this pillow is perfectly comfortable in either position. I am 100% satisfied and would definitely purchase this pillow again and again! ... show more

The pillows are not firm at all I have to put two pillows in one pillow case to get any kind of firmness, I now just wondering how long they are going to last. Honestly I am not happy and it's to much of an effort for me to package 6 pillows and return them.

Comfortable and soft. This isn't a firm pillow even with the extra filling but if you're looking for something you can adjust and want a soft pillow this is great. Pretty plush and easy to add or remove filling although it's a little messy.
