After returning a $79 heated throw to a local department store, I purchased this one. It performs much better, providing heat across a wider area of the blanket. The cover is very soft and cozy. The settings allow for long periods of warmth and relief.

Bought 2 for my daughter and son that have colder bedrooms. Weight is perfect to get cozy. Very soft and looks and feels like luxury. Reluctant to buy electric blankets because they are never as soft as I prefer. This hit the mark.
