Don't bother prep work tell after this is done. It's messy it's gonna drip through to anything under it and might spray to the ceiling as well but if you're daring enough to wear it it seems to cover well. This it what $35 got me. One very well coated internal frame rain on an 86 mustang and a little spray left for the radiator support. $70 to treat the front of the car. Not bad if it lasts. the inside looks well coated after 2 passes. I did my best to get a couple pictures in different locations. ... show more

Apparently it works. It's inside the frame. This is the third jeep I've used this on. Eastwood products are the best I've ever used.

This stuff looks good. Only time will tell if it holds up. Have a 69 land rover that I am doing a frame off refresh. Anyone who knows rovers will admit the frames rot out. If yours is gone...you can purchase a new frame that has been galvanized dipped to fix this problem...but what can be done if your frame is original, not rotted out and you would like to keep it that way......This looks like the best bet. I high pressure power washed my frame and blasted all the loose dirt and rust from the inside flushing water through all the holes that rover originally put in the frame. I used my borescope to look inside and make sure it was clean. I noticed that even though the fan on the end of the tube sprayed out well, gravity still coated the bottom better than the top..so.. I turned the frame upside down first and gave everything a good coat. Then I turned it over right side up and coated it again. Now when I look inside the frame is coated nicely all around, top and bottom. Like I said only time will tell how well it lasts...will it be better than galvanized? I don't know but it is better than nothing inside.....and cheaper than buying a new frame if you don't kneed it. ... show more
