This blanket comes with a different texture for each side. This is a great idea, but in practice they're not that different. They're both comfortable, which is what matters. That being said, I was actually trying to find a blanket that was as soft as the one that my mom happens to have, and this blanket doesn't match that level. While this sounds like a negative, it's actually neutral at worst, because the price on this blanket is only about $25-30 for the smallest one. The blanket is surprisingly light. I have another old blanket of similar purpose that is heavier than this one, and the thin Ailemei summer blanket I bought simultaneously is way heavier. However, the throw size is a tad smaller than I would appreciate. I bought this size (5' length) because I'm 5'4", and I don't think my head isn't less than 4 inches. And yet, it turns out that I forgot to account for the extra inches required to keep my feet completely surrounded by this blanket while it is simultaneously pulled up to my chin on cold nights. You're probably fine if you are shorter than 5'2", but otherwise you should go for a larger size (assuming you're using this blanket alone for sleeping).

Yes I did give this 5-star even tho I HAD to buy another one, not necessarily WANTED to buy. I had to because their washing instructions are definitely incorrect. DO NOT put this blanket in the dryer. Do NOT do it no matter what the instructions say, it WILL RUIN your blanket forever. Even if you manage to brush out the entire thing, it's never the same ;_; That being said, this is an amazing blanket. The xltwin size is fine for a full sized bed/1 person. And most definitely worth the price!

I use this in a room where the windows aren’t completely sealed correctly. This blanket does the trick! It keeps you super warm. And sometimes too warm you have to throw it off… love this thing. I’ll definitely be getting more for throughout the house. This is a great gift for a loved one who loves to be cozy!

This is lightweight yet so warm and soft. It was to be a gift but I loved the color and softness so much I kept it for myself and ordered something else to gift. The yellow is the color I wanted, it's beautiful! No shedding either. I have not washed it yet though.
