My husband and I are retired. I got this blanket to use when we travel in our motorhome. The description said it was good for both hot and cold weather. When I got the blanket, I had serious doubts about the cold weather because it is as light or lighter than a sheet. It does have a nice color and pattern that makes it well suited as a bedspread. I put it on our RV bed with the thought that it might end up being only a bedspread. After a few near freezing nights, I’m going to say this blanket definitely works in cold weather. We have a good heater but with a bed next to a thin wall, it still gets cold. In the past, I’ve had to use a wool blanket to stay warm in temperatures that weren’t as cold as the last few nights. This blanket made that wool blanket obsolete. As lightweight as this blanket is, I thought it would be coming off the bed constantly during the night, but it does not. It slides a little but no more than our other blankets. Most blankets this lightweight also don't stay covering my body. This one does. It's not the softest of blankets, but it's certainly as soft as a bedspread. I won't be cuddling up in it, though. There's a sheet and a blanket between me and this blanket so texture isn't as important. The thin material of this blanket folds into a space similar to a sheet – a must for RV travel. Probably because of its lighter weight, it’s also easy to clean. The price seems a little high for something so thin but it is made to last. I have a Maine Coon with 6 daggers for claws on each paw. He’s gotten those daggers caught in the blanket, and it has snagged but not nearly as much as I’ve seen with similar blankets. This says a lot about its quality because my cat can tear a lesser blanket apart in a couple days. The quality, warmth and easy-to-store light weight make this blanket worth the cost.

As far as being a good summer weight blanket (Florida heat is coming) it fits the bill. It’s lightweight and I don’t overheat when using it. It washed extremely well and if it shrunk I could not tell as it overlaps perfectly on my queen bed. There is a ton of lint initially but that is to be expected. I checked my lint filter twice while it was drying. My only issue is that “white” is def not white, it is a more of a yellowy cream. In spite of this I decided to keep it as it is under my comforter so it’s not visible except to me at night. Overall I highly recommend this blanket if you’re a “hot” sleeper but don’t expect white to be white.

This blanket is softer than cotton. Why you ask? Becuz it's 50% rayon, and rayon comes from bamboo. I've purchased 100% cotton blankets B4, they feel great out of the package. However, once washed, they come out stiffer, and rougher. It is what it is. Now.... The Bedsure Cooling blanket being made from 50% rayon, makes all the difference. If you sleep on 100% rayon, 100% viscose, 100% bamboo sheets, (these are all the same, all bamboo) you know exactly what I mean. If you don't know, invest in a good quality set of 100% bamboo sheets. You will never ever sleep on anything else. This is exactly what makes this blanket incredible. It's butter soft, being 50% bamboo, it only gets softer every time it's washed. It also has the cooling effect only gotten from the bamboo. I purchased grey in a king size. It has an enjoyable diamond pattern, and when spread over a standard king size bed, there is ample to fit comfortably. I urge you to try this blanket, and get the sheets too. You will never want to ever leave your comfy and uber luxurious bed again. 5 ⭐s all the way for this exciting find.

If you've ever shared a bed with someone whose internal temperature runs completely different from yours, you know the blanket negotiation is a nightly event. My wife is pregnant and has been radiating heat like a furnace for months. Every blanket we owned was either too warm for her or doing nothing for me. Nobody was sleeping well and everyone was cranky about it. This blanket ended that. The bamboo-derived rayon feels noticeably different from anything cotton we've had — softer, lighter, and it genuinely doesn't trap heat the way a standard blanket does. My wife can pull it up and actually stay comfortable underneath it instead of kicking it off at 2am. The breathability is real, not just a marketing word on the packaging. My end of the deal is that I am now freezing. I have reclaimed my separate regular blanket and we have both accepted this arrangement. She sleeps under this one, I sleep under something that actually generates warmth, and for the first time in what feels like forever we are both getting a full night of sleep. The King size is generous — no fighting over coverage, no one getting a smaller share. It washes well and doesn't come out smaller or stiff. The fabric quality held up fine after multiple cycles. Genuinely cannot overstate how much this helped. If you've got a hot sleeper in your bed and you're losing sleep over it, this is the fix.
