I definitely give this bed 5 stars!! I never leave reviews but I had to for this one. It has only been 3 nights of sleeping on it but I slept on this mattress the night after a procedure on my neck. I slept all night without any discomfort!! So far I'm successfully recovering from my procedure with the help of the comfort of this bed. My husband is 6'3 200lbs, I'm 5'5 140lbs and my dog is a medium sized dog. We all slept so deep through a massive storm. We woke up to emergency alerts on our phones about the massive storm. We didn't even hear the hail falling on the house. I'm very picky and had purchased a really expensive one before and we had a Sealy as well. This one definitely beats a $2,000 mattress! For Firm mattress lovers. Stop looking and give this one a try. It's so worth it. Definitely wait the full 72 hours to allow to expand.

Buy it! You won't regret it for the price! I've slept great ever since. No more hip and shoulder pain and the firmness, is just right. I usually buy a medium plush but decided to try a firm after purchasing a high end name brand mattress two years ago that constantly would sag every week after flipping it and also made my hip and shoulder hurt. At 127 lbs, I had expected better with a high end and no sagging after one week. You can't beat this Bedstory mattress at this price point as I paid 4 times the amount for my last mattress that I just threw in the trash after two years. Don't be fooled as it's heavy and will take two people to move but it was so easy setting up.

Good for the price and my son says it’s comfortable but it is way too bouncy for me. It is a medium firm at most not firm and if there is another person lying down you can definitely feel them move. Again my son is happy with it, it is well made and was v easy to unwrap without any strong odors but just too bouncy for me!

I've tried several all memory foam mattresses but over time my back would ache. I'd bought a hybrid BedStory for my 16 yr old son and he loves it. After 3 years of use you can't tell any difference. I had to buy one for myself. It's absolutely perfect! No more backache! I'm sleeping for longer durations. Truly impressed, highly recommend!

This mattress is so comfortable and the price was sooooo cheap! This feels like the 1k + mattresses we tried but obviously for much cheaper. It’s totally worth the price and they ship right to the house and then it’s easy to set up!

I feel like I've been searching for the mattress for decades!! (The last mattress I bought on Amazon crated in the middle. I woke up with back pain every day. ) This one says it is firm. I read through several other reviews, and some said it was too hard. Those are the reviews that sold me. We laid it out for the days to expand. And the first night was pretty painful. It is most certainly firm. The second and third nights were better. After a couple of weeks now, I wake up more rested and my back pain is virtually gone. (My partner isn't thrilled with the mattress, be he's ecstatic that he doesn't have to listen to me complain anymore.) After the first few nights, I have noticed that it does have give on the top. There is some cushion. But overall the mattress is definitely firm.
