I purchased the 2 inch version of this product a little over a year ago and LOVE it, but it started to feel like it needed to be replaced. After a year my shoulders started hurting again from being a stomach sleeper (which was why I bought it in the first place), so I decided to try the 3 inch version this time because my thought process was “maybe it will last longer? or maybe the one inch of additional foam will be good for my shoulders?”, but after sleeping on the 3 inch for a few weeks now I have actually changed it back to the older blown-out 2 inch one. I cannot believe the difference. I am writing this review only for people like me who didn’t know if 2 or 3 would be better for them. 2 inches was the perfect amount of just-hugs-you padding on top of my too-firm mattress. 3 inches feels significantly softer….to the point where i am being constantly rolled towards my boyfriend’s side of the bed because he is heavier than me. His side sinks down, and I am sleeping on a slope trying to climb my way back to my side. Haven’t been able to sleep much at all since we got it. I looked into my return options, but I have no idea how I could possibly bring this to the UPS store. I decided to put it in my attic because I don’t even know how to get rid of it where I live. It was a huge waste of $150 for me, but I wouldn’t have known that without trying. The 2 inch version is fantastic and I would love to exchange it, except for the part of physically returning it myself. I will probably buy another 2 inch version in the near future because even if it only lasts a year, it was worth it for that year. EDIT: I have changed my review to 5 stars because the company reached out to me and made this right. The package is very heavy .We had to get a roller dolly to get the pad from the front porch to the bedroom. it took 2 of us to lift it onto the bed. The topper is vacuum sealed in plastic and a small cutter is included to cut the package. then it unfolds and is amazing how big it gets., we purchased the 4" thick topper to fit a King sized bed. Boy, is it comfortable! but, I had to get a step stool to reach it LOL! my husband said "I don't need a stool", but I noticed later, he dragged his stool over. This topper is so much better, No arthritis pain in the morning! and, It saved us a pile of money, not having to get a new mattress and box springs. ... show more

I was so excited to get this. Only to have it move every night I slept. It would be hanging over about 3 inches off of my bed every morning. Made me fall too. It isnt even firm like I thought it was going to be. I said I do not luke the matress, however the customer service certainly made it a little easier. They reached out to me. I did not make this post to get anything out of it. However they were excellent and very kind. And reimbursed me, in full. Told me i didnt have to send it back either. I would have given this 5 stars but the size isnt quite right, its about 2” inches short on both sides and about 1” short on the head and foot. Its so comfy that i didnt bother returning it … i ordered the cal king for my new mattress that is hard as a rock and almost painful to sleep on … the topper made it better than i could have imagined! ... show more

I switched to an air mattress for my regular bed because of the damp climate; my other mattress became moldy. It's a cozy mattress on its own but I knew I couldn't last long with a topper, so I went with this one. Very affordable and it came fast. I've had it for about a month now and it's a game-changer. It makes my bed feel like a regular mattress. It's super comfortable and I haven't been as sore since I've had it. It's a good balance of soft and stiff which I like. It retains heat which is great for my colder climate. I can't use the tassles on my bed but I appreciate that there's that option to secure it to the bed. Perfect size too.
