I received the item and half the pieces were missing! I’m still sleeping on the floor after spending a good amount of money to only get half of what I purchased. Very disappointed I’m going to work on returning the item.

I have an older sleep number bed and it was way to high off the ground for me these days. So got rid of the orig huge tall box spring and got this. It is great! Puts the bed back at a normal height and supports the heavy mattress great! Slats are close together for great support!
