I just needed to make my bed a bit higher because the legs on the frame are a bit too short. I wasn't able to store anything under the bed with only 6" clearance and that two inches not only makes a difference in the height of the mattress, it makes a difference in being able to store things under there.     • I bought the 2in.. but the inside is higher that 2" it is about 2.5 inches so be warned.

It works for our dining table as we had gotten chairs that would not fit under it. So we had to lift it. the 2" one is not 2 " i is 2 and a half inches. It is very sturdy. Well made, but taller (the inside where the leg goes... is about 2.5. It works fine though.

Within the first week they started breaking and i promise i am not 1000 lbs. like the product weight limit says. The rails of the bed slide all over and they dont stay in place.
