I liked everything about this mattress. Price, quality, and comfort. I purchased 2 queen size mattresses for twin granddaughters who wanted a soft plush mattress. Their mother had them sleeping on a mattress that was hard as a concrete slab. They absolutely loved the mattress and first comment was how very soft they were. I can't comment on whether or not they get pain relief as they are at the age where nothing is ever sore. sigh.... Anyway, great purchase and excellent customer service. I got a King size mattress Beautyrest which I thought would be great........NO that was NOT the case! The mattress came and was hard as a rock. I called to return or exchange the mattress the day after I got it only to find out that it was going to cost me 1/2 of what I had paid for the mattress to ship it back and YES i had to rebox it and pay for shipping myself which was well over $400.00 as well as find a freight company that would ship it for me wihtout any added cost. I kept the bed and have ordered a mattress memory foam topper so I can soften it up enough to be able to sleep on it. Biggest mistake I have ever made buying this sight unseen on line.The add about the bed said it was a medium frim which I want and that it formed to your curves, NOT. The ad on the web sight said they would return the bed or exchange it for meif I did not like it, but fails to mention that I would be paying for the returningshipping of the product. ONE SAD, DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER! OH and BTW I still have back pain WORSE now. ... show more

So something to know about this mattress is that you have to sleep on ALL of it. The reason being why is because it needs to be broken in and if its not you're gonna have a hump BUT that is because of the type of mattress it is. Do your reseach! I absolutely love this mattress, once its broken in it is so comfortable!!!!!!!!! Its like a rock for the first few days though just stick through and you'll never sleep better. ... show more

I spent months trying to find a plush pillowtop mattress that has comfort and support. I thought I found that in this mattress...factory comfort rating of 7! I took the mattress out of the packaging and laid on it. It was FIRM!! (I would give it a comfort rating of 3.) I immediately called and asked my options. The rep strongly suggested that I utilize the 30 days, as the mattress will soften up and my body will become used to it. I also inquired about the cost of returning the mattress. He informed me that they would give a full refund of my purchase price, they would also potentially give me a discount on a new mattress to help offset the cost of returning the item. (Cost to return the mattress is about $300!) I will give an update in 30 days to let you know if/how much the bed softened. ... show more

I was overly excited when I received our California King, Pillowtop mattress. It was comfy, and slept extremely well for the first 15/20 days or so. Shortly after that, I began to notice that my side of the mattress was sinking in. Then my husband's side began to do the same. Now when I make our bed, you can clearly see how both sides are sunken in. I'm totally disappointed in this purchase. Total waste of money! Save your money! ... show more
