This BEAUTURAL Portable Handheld Steamer works pretty well! It was easy to follow the directions, add in the water, and plug in. It heated up quickly once plugged in and was ready to steam in seconds! I used it on 4 new curtains that came out of the packages wrinkled. It took some time to smooth out the wrinkles at first, until I realized that I needed to pull the fabric a little tight, then they came out much quicker. I think this should be stated in their listing. I also tried it on a really wrinkly shirt and that didn't work as well. It did get some of the wrinkles out, but not to the point I would wear that shirt out in public. I think this compact steamer is more suited for items that have developed some wrinkles from packing, hanging, traveling, and for simple touch-ups. I was also quite impressed that is did NOT leak during usage! I filled it with water a few times to finish my curtains. It also makes a noise alerting you when the water is getting low. I did not use the fabric brush on my curtains because the were new so had no lint or hair on them. I will certainly be taking this when traveling within the U.S., along with using this in my home for numerous items. Let me preface this by saying I have never used a steamer before. I've only used a standard iron my entire life. That being said, this is awesome. 1) read the instructions as it will tell you how to fill it and use it. It was very simple and easy. 2) as noted in the instructions, the steamer head (I'm not talking about the side where the steam comes out) gets hot. Be careful how you hold it as it's very hot. 3) since this was my first time using a steamer, I'm going to state the obvious, take your time if you're not used one. I said "ouch" a few times due to learning the hard way. 4) I only used it on 2 garments, a pair of pants (which are a pain to iron) and a blouse and it did a great job. Yes, with an iron you can get things crisp but these items didn't need to have that look. They just need not look wrinkled. I think you could easily steam 3-4 items per full tank before you have to refill. 5) as I mentioned before, it's really easy to use. Fill, plug it in, wait for the blue light to be steady, push the button once to turn it on/stream and youre ready to go. Takes less than 30 seconds. Press the button again to turn off the steam. Unplug when you're done. It's lightweight [for me] so it's easy to maneuver-just watch where you place your hand.

Prior to ordering this clothing steamer I had never used one but have always wanted to try one out to see the difference between this and standard ironing. There is definitely great features about it and only a couple things I feel like could be slightly better. To start with the positives, the size of the steamer is perfect. It’s big enough where it will cover a good amount of fabric while being small enough that it’s easy to hold and won’t make your arm tired after using it for a while. The cord is much longer that I had expected which was super nice when needing to use a outlet that was behind my couch, it also says that it will heat up in 25 seconds but from the time I plugged it in to when the light indicated that it was hot enough was well under 25 seconds, so huge positive on that. The water tank was super easy to fill up and it comes with this super unique and useful cup to use when filling up the water tank. It has this long pour spout that fits perfectly into the opening and each time I filled the water tank I never spilt or had a mess. Removing and placing the water tank back is super easy which I really appreciated that they designed it to be a simple yet functional feature, all it takes is gripping both sides of the tank and sliding it out, fill the tank with water and slide it straight back in until it clicks, that’s it. I used it on two different clothing types to see the difference and I was super happy with the outcome. The first piece of clothing was a long sleeve button up that I have been struggling with to get the wrinkles out (like a long time, I was about to throw the shirt away) I used the steamer on half of the shirt to see the difference and I will say wow what a difference it made, for the first time the wrinkles actually came out the shirt looked normal again. The second thing I used it on was my 6 month olds foot pajamas, since infant clothing is much more delicate I wanted to see how it would turn out. Safe to say I will no longer be ironing any baby cloths in the future, the footie pajamas looked brand new off the hanger. Absolutely amazing! There was a couple of things that I did find to be a bit of an inconvenience though. The steamer doesn’t have an on off switch, once you plug it in, it’s on and stays on. So when it comes time to fill the water tank you’ll need to unplug it, at least I did for safety reasons (I have two kids and didn’t want to chance it) That’s the next thing I found to be slightly inconvenient, the tank is on the smaller side, so I had to stop and refill it 5-6 times. The last thing is that there’s no way to adjust the amount of steam that comes out so there’s really no way to control how quickly the water is used. Regardless of those couple little issues I ran into over all I really like this steamer and I’m super impressed by how easy it is to use and how well it got the wrinkles out. I’m definitely going to be using this a lot more especially with my kids clothing. I highly recommend ordering it and give it a 8/10

I'm a quilter and I got the steamer to assist with getting wrinkles out of fabric I can't iron. When I load a quilt or its backing onto my longarm sewing machine, I roll it between two bars so that it can unroll smoothly when I quilt it. Lots of times there are fold marks or creases in the backing, and I want to get them out so they don't turn into tucks when quilted, but I can't iron it with nothing under it as the fabric is suspended from the bars. Enter this steamer! It's a wizard at what it does. It heats up the water fast, does not leak no matter what angle I have to hold it at to steam, and those fold and crease marks just disappear. The cord is also brilliantly long so that I don't need to use an extension cord to cover an entire 6.5" wide piece of fabric. Although I didn't need the brush attachment it seemed to attach and remove easily and I also appreciate the filler cup that was provided to fill the steamer tank with minimal spills. Not only that, but it's a great way to remove the markings from the Disappearing Ink & Mark-B-Gone pens that disappear with water when I'm quilting the top. This will definitely stay in my arsenal as another great tool.
