Quite possibly the best thing I’ve ever ordered, ever. I have a good number of wool coats that were folded and stored away. As a result, they were all wrinkled. This device was able to remove the wrinkles from every single one of my coats in record time. I was able to lay the coats horizontally on an ironing board and use the device as I would a regular iron. Initially, I tried to use it with the coats hung vertically, but I found that it took too long. So, when I read in the instructions that you could use the device horizontally, I just said why not just use it as I would an iron and when I did, it went by so quickly. The results were so fast. I have never ordered anything that has worked as amazingly as this has. This has blown my mind. I was even thinking of getting a second one just to have just because. It’s so inexpensive for something that is so effective; I feel like everyone should have it. I don’t even see a need to have a regular iron. I’m just going to use this for everything. It made all of my wool coats look brand new. I’m obsessed.

Superb Steamer. I am using it primarily to steam and shape ballcaps. Heats up quickly, dispenses plenty of steam. Great ergonomic design. Hold down lock switch on trigger locks the trigger down in the on position inadvertently by just squeezing the trigger. Overall that is really not a big deal and my only discrepancy. I would still purchase another one all over again or if I needed two. Highly recommended. A++++++

I basically bought this product to serve as a steamer for my various hats, being that an exclusive hat steamer is about $200 for the cheaper model. Well there was one hat in particular that I was an irresponsible hat owner and just tossed the hat in the corner of my living room and drastically placed other items on top of it and it mis-shaped the hat. Well as soon as I got this item I steamed my hat and low and behold with some special handling I was able to straighten it out! I was PLEASANTLY pleased at the results so I will assume that it should handle fabrics like a boss! Very happy with this purchase!

Great steamer. I largely use this on my hair when I wake up in the mornings. With the type of curls that I have, they're both very dry and frizz-prone but also struggle to soak water or retain moisture, so it's a never-ending struggle trying to balance the two and make my hair look presentable. Actual hair steamers are either extremely large and bulky and wouldn't fit in my bathroom, or they're outrageously expensive and outside of my budget, so I figured I could try a fabric steamer like this and see how it works. And it does work! Really well! The steam helps to reactivate any products I added in and essentially reshapes my curls to look exactly as they did the day I washed them. It heats up extremely quickly, and it's also never spilled or spit water at me, which is important since I'm using it so close to my face lol. It's also great when I do need to use it for its intended purpose of steaming clothing because it's very lightweight and I can basically use it anywhere that there's a water source and a flat surface. Highly recommend.
