I ordered these refurbished earbuds, and upon receiving them, I began charging them. The right bud charged fully, but the left stayed stuck at 50% no matter how long it was plugged in. When I put them on, the left side was completely dead—no sound, no connection, nothing. I don’t understand how the seller could list these as being in “excellent condition” when one side doesn’t even work straight out of the box! Returning them was a hassle.
