So far we are quite pleased with this fountain. It arrived in perfect condition and looks very realistic. It looks like it is intended to go against a wall but it is not required, the back is well-finished too, but fairly flat. We do not have it against a wall and it still looks good. There are plants behind it (Autumn Ferns) and we may add some that are taller. The best view of the design faces slightly to your right, if you are standing in front of the fountain. That is perfect for our location but you might want to turn it to the left a bit otherwise. We have all seen cheesy-looking fountains but this one looks good and sounds good. You cannot hear the pump. If you don't want the lights they have a separate plug. They look nice at dawn or dusk, however, with flickering reflections on the "rocks". Certain birds are willing to come there to drink (so far just robins and chickadees), so I run some fresh water in when watering plants. You cannot overfill.

I have had this for a week now. It is beautiful, I love it. It is exactly as shown in the picture. It looks like real rock. My friend, who is upgrading my garden for me, set it up for me in about 5 minutes. He put an emmiter from my irrigation into it so I wouldn't have to refill it. It has been running now for a week. At night the glow from the pools is magical. I can clearly hear the sound of the water fallling from my porch, which is about 20 ft away. This is everything I hoped for and I am very happy with it. My only dissappontment is that the back is almost flat, although it still looks like stacked rocks. Thats not really a problem for me, although I would have preferred a back that looked more like the front . I hope it holds up over time, If it doesnt I will edit this review.

This is the 2nd fountain in my yard. It fits in perfectly and runs great. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because when I received it has a crack that runs a quarter the way down the one side of it. But it doesn't lose as any water cause of it. It might be an issue down the line but as of right now it runs and looks great.

The fountain looks better than I expected. There were a couple small chips off it from shipping I guess. It doesn't sit quite level so I had to put a shim under one side. Also the flow adjustment on the pump does nothing had to cover it with duct tape to slow the water. With that done it looks and sounds great

Mine splashes alot of water out and the led lights went off. I would like to know if I can get new ones to put it because it is great with lights. It will not hold water more than 12 hours. I have looked for a crack thinking that may be the problem. I am very disappointed and think there should be a way for the company to make it right.

I love it. It looks fabulous on my patio A great choice. Sorry, I needed to revise my review. I've had the waterfall roughly for 1 month and I've already needed to replace the motor. The unit has NEVER run with low/no water. The unit continued to run, just not pump water. When I investigated, I found broken pieces of the propeller. I was not happy since I felt this unit was a little expensive. Now add an additional $40 for a new fountain motor.

The media could not be loaded. I love the realistic look. This is a beautiful fountain. It was a great addition to decorating my deck. It was a little pricey but but I get a lot of enjoyment out of it. **** Update**** it is now June 2023 and the fountain is still working as good as the day I bought it. I am so happy with this purchase.
