Edit: customer service reached out and said i may have just gotten a dud and refunded me ! Thank you for great customer service. :) I could tell from the very first use that this thing was going to die out on us. It lasted a couple weeks and of course the morning that I was the busiest it died in the middle of a smoothie. The motor sounded super loud and it had since day one a chemical burning smell. I thought it would go away and if I took care of it and stopped the smoothie and start again that I could make it last but didn't even hold up a month. Save your money and buy a better one. Super bummed.

I needed a blender quick and that was efficient. I have nothing bad to say about this product as it has worked well for my needs. If I had to leave real time feedback, I wish it would blend the ice a little better but that is my only woe with my purchase. I have since buying, learned a trick to get my ice in smaller pieces before blending.

It is a good size blender to put on the counter top. And it mixed good enough amount for 3-4 households. It is a powerful blender and easy to clean. I owned the Bear healthy pot for about 5 years now and still working perfectly. I’m in confidence of its product.

Very easy to set up. Very easy to use. My one caveat and why I didn’t give it 5 stars - when I turn it to “2” making a smoothie (why I bought it) I smell a burning rubber/plastic smell. Makes me think it won’t last very long. Like maybe they should’ve used metal parts instead of plastic. I’m really hoping I’m wrong because right now it works really well.

This is not a bad blender, it does the job fairly well. My only gripe is that I can't twist the blender off the motor unit with one hand which usually I would expect to be able to do, I have to hug it and twist it so that I don't put too much strain on the plastic handle. So, beware of that. It's good at making smoothies, crushing ice, which is the main reason I purchased this. No bells and whistles just three basic functions, pulse, low and high.
