This is an amazing product. Very good massager and the heat helps in recovery of stiff muscles and joints. I sit for long hours at a desk and use this after work to relax a bit. It is strong and effective at easing pain. There are also multiple settings to change the intensity and direction of motion which is helpful as one setting may work for one person but not for others. However, I do not have neck issues or chronic back pain so I feel fine using it but probably will not give this to someone with an injury and would recommend consulting a doctor first before using this. Since it is a medical device and can be extremely strong, I would recommend using with caution and stop if you experience any pain. ... show more
