Excellent Customer Service & Quality Product! I purchased the BeaLife 13x13 Pop-Up Gazebo Tent with mosquito netting and was really impressed with it right out of the box. Unfortunately, after just two uses, a strong windstorm came through and damaged two of the center poles, causing the gazebo to cave in. I reached out to the vendor to ask if I could purchase a replacement pole so I could fix it myself. To my surprise, they informed me that they couldn’t send just the pole—but instead, they offered to send me a brand-new gazebo at no extra cost. They even mentioned that if I preferred, they would have issued a refund instead. The replacement arrived quickly, and I’ve been enjoying it immensely ever since. It’s a great product, and their fast, no-hassle support really made a difference. Excellent customer service—I truly appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to stand behind their product. Was NOT easy to assemble. The poles are extremely hard to pull up to go into the locking positions. The covers are very cheap and flimsy. The screens can not be put on because there is a strap that is not included that holds them on! Very poorly made. I will be shipping it back. What a BIG disappointment.

Incredibly vague directions poorly translated from the country of origin. One of the metal bars snapped while opening the tent up as directed. Was able to rig it with some duct tape, but it never retained the proper angle and even in light rain it would accumulate water on the roof. Other metal bars eventually snapped and now it's being hauled out to the trash. Complete waste of money. Only getting the one star rating because I have to at least give them one star, or else it would be none!
