I ordered new wheel covers for my wifes old car as it was getting more ugly each moment and she literally lost a hub cap one at a time over the past 10 years. The wheels came and the box was not damaged but when i opened the box one of the wheel covers had three of the five tabs broken. I e-mailed BDK and received a very quick response. They inquired as to where to send a replacement wheel cover. I provided them with what they needed and they again responded very promptly and sent a replacement. They were not accusatory and seemed to understand these thing happen and took care of it. I give this company a five + rating as what I ordered was inexpensive, so I feel that if they provide this response with a low price items then they would do the same with any item they sell. Although it took a few minutes to figure out how, it was relatively pretty easy to install. I took a star off because one of the hubcaps cracked upon installation, which renders that one useless. Luckily I had one of the original hubcaps left and the style is pretty similar. I would still recommend these hubcaps though. ... show more
