I have ordered 3 rolls of this film. Only the last one was a bit 'bent' and though it showed some small creases, they disappeared when I applied it. The is was AMAZON'S fault, not the manufacturer. The first two boxes were shipped inside of larger, more protective boxes and was delivered next day. This last one, Amazon pooped on it and instead of next day, was next two days and shipped it without a protective box. Well done Amazon. Anyway, I live in South Central Texas, and when I say HOT it is HOT. I did my lower windows in Solar Screen (only the bottom or sides have screens) and the upper or sides that did not have screens, I used this film on them. I have now done 17 windows. And I am 60 and a DV. I did not have any problem what so ever pealing the film apart. Also, IMO, it is VERY FORGIVING. You do your part (clean the window as you are suppose to) and it will do its part. I used a spray bottle with a table spoon of dawn in it with water. One large bottle did all 17 windows, and I was VERY liberal with the spray. Just keep it wet, and then make it even wetter! You will be fine. DO NOT SKIMP on sharp razor blades. The one included is nice, but it is NOT enough. You should use a new blade per window. Again, this has certainly help keep the heat out, and it is a bit darker inside, but we can live with it. This stuff is GREAT.

The film came well packaged and all instructions were clear as how to install. It is a two person job to spray and apply. The best advice is to work from one end out to the other on getting the bubbles out after applying. The sun beating in the window is a thing of the past and we can see out and it’s hard to see in unless you’re close to the window. So perfect for our needs.

When the box came it doesn't state what or strength product you have. The film is factory roll machine that cuts the film. Has no cardboard roll to keep it in shape, That being said you will have bends creases in the film. Yes i am not thrill. Not my 1st time in product like this. But it need more quality control from start to finish. Now try and get it back in the box without making creases in the film

These are amazing! First picture shows two tinted windows on the left and two untainted on the right. Second picture is outside view will all same windows tinted during the day. These are just what I expected and helps so much with that afternoon sun light at the back of our house. We have huge vaulted ceiling’s in the living room and it’s so nice to allow light in without getting blinded or super hot. I ended up doing just about every window in our home! Very easy to install just watch the videos. The trimming took some practice to get right but I used the Gila Film application kit instead. I preferred their straight edged cutter as it gave me cleaner and more precise lines. We’d just moved into our newly built home and have to wait 6-8weeks for blinds to come in. We didn’t want to go out and buy temporary window coverings for privacy so we went with these instead. No privacy at night in the living areas but we had curtains we use in the bedrooms from our last place so it isn’t a real issue for us. Only downside is if it’s a cloudy day it will be darker than normal inside and you may have to use lights inside when you normally wouldn’t have. Personally, I don’t mind it, but it may not be ideal for everyone and you may want to consider a lighter tint.

I didn't realize how big of a difference this film would make on my windows! Fairly easy to install, but it was definitely a two person job, not sure how you could do it alone. My windows look great and professionally done even though it was just me and my boyfriend setting them up. I can actually use my front windows now! They were also darker than I thought they would be, but I love it anyway!

Just used water to install no issue. Had one tiny crease which was my fault from letting it fold while cutting it. So make sure it lays flat while you cut it. And they say use soapy water, but water alone works just fine. But make sure you saturate everything down with water the film itself and window your installing it on.
