Mine tore after one night and the tear got worse nightly until it ripped in half but after reaching out, the seller rectified the situation immediately to ensure my satisfaction and offered options to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Might have been the fabric of the mattress I had this laying on. Not sure. But the customer service was amazing.

This value for the money is excellent. Ya, it does smell and needs to air out for a while, but BDEUS has a great product. I am not one for memory foam but the egg shell design gives me more freedom to move around easier. I used to flip and turn all night, now I start on my side and end up in my second position, on my back. I’ve noticed lower back relief. Even the dogs sleep cozy! I look forward to my bed now because of this topper. Compared to the other brands and reviews out there, stop here, Buy BDEUS!
