You might have activated the auto on/off function, which detects motion in a 23.6±3.9" cone-shaped area ahead. Why doesn't my wireless controller work? The controller is not faulty. When idle, the icons dim. To activate the controller, tap any function icon first (not the display panel). Then rotate the dial to adjust brightness/color temperature, or press another icon to use its function. Why do I see glare on my screen when using ScreenBar Halo 2? ScreenBar Halo 2's asymmetrical optics prevent screen glare. If you notice glare, the lamp may not be mounted correctly. Please ensure the clamp’s top is completely flat, not tilted. You can also rotate the lamp to adjust the angle for your monitor. Is my monitor compatible with the ScreenBar Halo 2?
