The media could not be loaded. I had to figure it out at first, but once I did, I absolutely love this machine. It works great for most pictures. This is a decent tool and has upped my game.

I bought this for my tattoo artist wife for her birthday. Instructions are not easy to follow. Watched a video multiple times to be sure that I’m using it correctly. Barely makes an image onto the stencil paper. Useless. I give it zero stars.

I expected a little more. This printer IS good don't get me wrong, but it doesn't work with regular outlines. The outlines literally need to be THIS dark for it to transfer the image. Kinda upset I missed the return window for this.
