Bought this for my daughter's birthday since it was going to be colder than expected and we needed more space. We ended up putting it on our deck and using it as an extra room to our house for people to sit. It was cheaper than renting one and worked out perfectly! It's definitely not a super sturdy structure, and I was a bit worried it would get blown away overnight, but it ended up lasting almost 3 whole days through snow flurries and light rain! Definitely needs at least 2 people to assemble and we taped all the joins that didn't have a prong in them -which I think helped a lot. It did have a small tear in the canopy, but a piece of duck tape solved that. ... show more

    • Huge piece of crap
I would give 0 stars if i could.. The worst money i have ever spent, don't waste your money. We put it up and the first thing we were missing a side piece and a corner connect, which is really important to have. But my husband is crafty and was able to fabricate something up to hold it. I contacted the seller and sent pictures of the pieces we were missing and they replied with "we need more info". When we did get it up and put together it is very wobbly and unstable,, the slightest breeze feels like it will knock it over.. Then the first rain we had knocked it over even though we had it in the feet and staked down. The 15 mph wind blew the poles right out of the feet. Second rain we had blew it over again and broke one of the middle poles....we had to take it to the dump! Dont waste your time or money. ... show more

    • It was not sturdy at all
I used this tent for a party. And the weather was kind of windy but the hooks You provided to keep the tent down was horrible. They did not stay. When I pushed the hooks in the ground they bent very easy and there were no extra ones !. The tent kept coming loose and the wind very easily swept the tent out of the ground. It was not a good day for me. I almost forgot the top pole snapped as well. I didn’t take any pictures because I had disassemble the tent before anyone got hurt! It was my daughter’s 10th Birthday Party. So sad! ... show more

Taking into consideration all of the negative reviews my intent was to just use the tent one time for my sisters bridal shower! The wind was not in our favor that day (around 10mph) but the tent didn’t fly away or tear apart! One of the corners did have a small tear when we were putting it up but no big deal I bought the white scotch tape and it was fine! We actually taped all four corners just to make it more sturdy. We were able to fit 4 tables in the tent and the older folks really appreciated the shade it provided! For the price I would say it was totally worth it rather than paying +$500 just to rent one. I’m excited that I will get to use it again! To reiterate the wind situation does play a big role (I wouldn’t set it up if it’s going to be super windy). Also the poles were not all numbered correctly but once we started to put it together we were able to figure it out pretty quickly. Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase! :) Update: we just used it for the 5th time yesterday and I’m happy to report that after a year and 5 months later the tent is still going strong! 🙌🏼 ... show more

Price is about right for the quality of this canopy. Instructions were straight forward, and assembly was easy. Assembling with two people made it much easier, and prevented twisting and stressing the frame. Take your time, be thorough, and patient. Took two people about 30 minutes (guying and staking is crucial). Quality is good. Not great, not poor, but good. Material is like a light, thin tarp. Poles are light steel, and not overly sturdy. Body construction is good, but some of the velcro straps were sewn on incorrectly. I would say this is good for very light wind, and light precipitation. No matter what, stake out the feet, and stake out the guy lines with some tension. As posted by others, white duct tape is your friend where needed. This is in no way "heavy duty" and will not last you a lifetime, but if you need something quick and cheap, and you absolutely know the weather conditions are not going to be too windy or wet, this is a great buy. ... show more

I was excited about my purchase because the price was great, I had an event coming up and the company promised delivery prior to my event (this was the motivation behind purchase this particular tent). So I'm thinking #perfect. Well, not so much :-( The delivery was late. I received the tent at 8pm Friday April the 16th. My event was Saturday April the 17th (delivery should have been by the 15th. We put the tent up and 30 mins later the velcro began coming off. Less than 3 hrs into my even several pcs of velcro were off, the seems were coming apart and the walls off my tent were no longer stable. I was soooo incredibly disappointed. The tent's design is defective and the material is very thin and cheap. Save yourself the time and hassle, don't purchase this item... ... show more

This is an inexpensive, light duty canopy. If you want an all weather outdoor garage be prepared to spend a LOT more cash That said, if you just need cover for a day or two this should work fine BUT it cannot survive even a light gust. It acts like a sail on a boat, the little tubes and plastic connectors snap and you'll have a mess. I contacted the vendor and they sent me new parts. Thank you. I'm using it for a paint tent. It goes up, I paint my parts, and it come back down. ... show more

    • Inexpensive, low quality parts, not designed for repeated use.
Tent material is thin poly tarp like. Ours had 3 open slits in the roof. Due to timing we had to use clear tape to repair and assemble for use. Easy to assemble, took about 10 minutes. Velcro strips hold tent and sides to pole structure. Some are not attached very well. With repeated use, I am sure they would become detached from tent and sides. Pole structure is small diameter around 1.25” and smaller. The corner pieces are plastic. Not designed for repeated or extended use. We were trying this one out at an engagement party to see if it would work for a wedding. We will now be looking for a heavier duty unit. ... show more
