I ordered the queen bed set and the product was delivered earlier than scheduled. Amazon delivers it through a different company called XPO and the delivery guy called me two days before confirming the day and time frame, they called me again 30 minutes prior to delivery to make sure I was home. The overall package is not heavy at all, I was ready with a cart to pull the furniture but at the end lifted it to the bedroom :) I was skeptical if it would have any missing pieces like other reviewers mentioned but I took a chance as I couldn't find a cheaper deal anywhere else, luckily everything was intact and the instructions for assembly were clear. The assembly does take some time (approx 1 - 2 hours) depending on your experience with furniture as they are lot of pieces to be attached but it wasn't that difficult. Overall, the bed feels sturdy and looks good for a small bedroom. The quality could have been little better but for the price, it's totally worth it. ... show more

Great bed and very sturdy for its low profile. As other reviews say, you will need to drill your own holes for the hardware. But super easy if you just be gentle and pay attention to details. If you're not handy at all with that, then get someone who is. Lol. Too good a bed and look and perfect fit for my queen mattress to rush assembly. That headboard leather can be easily damaged if not careful. Worth it though!!! ... show more

    • Missing parts!!!!

Would have liked it more had I received all of the pieces. Missing 22 pieces (including 2 "legs") upon arrival; 3 of the pieces I did receive were broken (plastic holders). Thankfully, none of the very essential pieces (like the foot board or side rails) were missing. Needed to put bed together for kid to sleep on that day, so I drilled slats onto wooden portion of side rails; eventually set up bed without 4 legs, so it's VERY LOW. Thankfully, my 3yo doesn't need a high bed so it worked out. Completed set-up within 2hrs. Tried to obtain missing parts a day later; parts "not available;" amazon offered to exchange bed vs. a free return - well, I lost 2 hrs of my life setting it up, so none of these were good options. Thankfully, amazon offered a 40% refund which I gladly accepted. It's a platform bed with leather foot/side rails, so it doesn't look too bad sitting on the floor. Bed does seem sturdy; leather covering thick, no tears. Would not purchase for an adult as bed is too low; even with the legs, would sit approx 10-12 inches from the floor (without mattress). ... show more

Very good frame overall. The price may deter some people under the assumption that a low price shows a lack of quality, and while the material isn't overwhelming the creative engineering of the design makes up for that. I've had the bed for about 3 months now, it has been "well used" by my girlfrien and there hasn't been a hint of strain. Love the aesthetic as well. ... show more

This bed is beautiful and stylish, it looks absolutely gorgeous. The final product is sturdy and solid. and provides great support due to the curved wooden bars that holds the mattress. No box spring, stylishly close to the ground. The slight issue is the smell of the faux leather from the head board can be a bit off-putting at times and the assembly can be a bit daunting since the screws has to be screwed into bare wood and no slots or pre-defined screw slots are provided. Nice solid bed frame that’s easy to assemble. The faux leather feels like faux leather, but it looks good and is well padded. The headboard is low at 34” high, so if you were looking for something a little higher, this isn’t the bed for you. Overall, this is a nice contemporary style bed that’s easy on the wallet and that I would gladly recommend to a friend. Make sure to check the tightness on the preinstalled brackets on headboard, footboard and side rails. I found a few that needed tightening. ... show more

    • DON"T BELIEVE THE HYPE

I ordered this bed despite some of the negative feedback about missing parts etc. I just knew it wouldn't happen to me... Well contrary to my belief, it did. Everything was fine...the bed and all pieces arrived EXCEPT the screws and tools to put it together. There also weren't any holes that were pre-drilled to put the foot posts into. When I called Amazon to ask about sending the package of tools (screws, L wrench) they said I needed to package everything back up, send it back and then they would send an entire replacement set. Mind you this bed arrived in 3 separate boxes. There was no way in hell I was willing to put each part back into a box, seal it and send it off due to missing screws. Upon complaining to Amazon, the rep was not willing to budge, I asked for a manager, who insisted they don't do replacement send outs for this item. In the end, a guy who may or may have been a supervisor got on the phone and asked if I was willing to purchase my own screws and that they'd give me a $20 refund. I hesitated, but because I am having people arriving in town to stay for Easter I obliged after askig for $25 instead. Needless to say, I couldn't get the bed post legs on because of the missing holes in the foot and headboard, so the bed is laying on the ground, traditional Chinese style. The headboard is smaller than I anticipated, but that was neglect on my part by not looking into the size and dimensions...Other than that, the bed is pretty. Amazon...not so much. :( ... show more
