This is a lovely set of gold sconces. Especially nice are the fabric, tinted lampshades. The first thing is to charge the bulbs- USB-C charging, glowing red while charging and then turning green when fully charged. Took about an hour for the initial charge. The bulbs are 3cct, RGB, and fully dimmable. They are touch sensitive and there is a full function remote control with a timer, as well. Should you lose the remote, the touch sensitive bulbs are still functional- just no timer. Assembly is very easy. Unroll the shades, and use the clips to attach the inner rings. Then attach the bulb base by screwing in the collar. All standard assembly. Installation is just as easy and straightforward. Attach the arm to the base and screw the base into the wall- anywhere you want. You can use the anchors and hardware supplied or find a stud. These are light enough to be installed anywhere there is drywall. The result is a beautiful, bright quality laden sconce set, with fabric lampshades and rechargeable bulbs. The price point is a little high- but there is a coupon that transforms these beauties into an excellent price point. Based on the quality of these sconces, the ease of assembly and installation and the beautiful fabric shades, with 3cct, dimmable and RGB bulbs with a full function remote, these sconces are a full five stars.     • Just what I needed

These were easy to assemble but took a bit to install. The directions are a little unclear: first you attach the black squares to the lamps themselves, then you attach the brackets to the wall. After that, you attach each square/entire lamp to the bracket using the other screws to go in on the sides of the black squares. They are controlled with a universal remote and if you have other things that use a UR, you can get some pretty interesting results :D Overall, I really like these. They add enough light for me to read in bed or in my corner nook. I don't use the temp change but utilize the dimmer often. The price seems a bit high though. ... show more

These rechargeable LED wall sconces are really pretty and because you can recharge the bulbs, you will not need to hire an electrician nor have any drywall patching/painting. The items ships in a well padded box and there are a number of parts to assemble. I have included a photo of all of the parts out of the box so you can see what all has to be assembled, should you order this. The instructions are brief and do not completely guide you through the installation. They could do a better job on the instructions in my opinion. The lights are infinitely adjustable in light intensity, color or even flashing, should you feel that you are in a disco mood. Wall anchors are included but I felt that they could be stronger so I purchased some inexpensive drywall anchors at the hardware store. I like the anchors that screw into the drywall as they hold better. It will be very helpful, if you have drill bits, a corded or cordless drill (used to test to see if where you are going to install the wall anchor is going into the drywall or a stud, if it is a stud, you can screw directly into the stud as that will provide more than adequate strength, however, I would recommend using two screws in each sconce.) You will also need a good quality tape measure, painters tape ( for layout) and a Philips head screwdriver. No question in my mind that these are beautifully made but far from a breeze to install, unless of course you are a serious DIY'r. Recommended. ... show more

I got these sconces to put on either side of my large artwork in my living room, since the walls looked like it was missing something. I've always wanted wall sconces but I didn't want to hire an electrician just in case if I wanted to change my mind later on, or move furniture around for the holidays as my decorations change seasonally. I decided to get these wall sconces and I am very happy I did...they were very easy to install and I love that they look hardwired but they are not. I would charge up the bulbs in the day time and light them up to create ambient light in the evening into the night. I love how super cute the colors are changing the feel of the room and artwork on the wall. These wall sconces are truly a modern necessity in creating different moods with different colors. I will be leaving these sconces up for the holidays playing with the holiday themed colors. They also save on my utilities as I can easily turn them. on and off with the remote control. These lamps are very simple to assemble. The instructions are straightforward. The lights that come with these lamps are LED. They change colors and can also change their level of brightness or dimness. The light bulbs screw in but can be removed to charge via USB. They do screw into the lamp like your standard light bulb. Also, the lights have a sticky adhesive underneath them when you unscrew the part bottoms part for if you want to use them separately outside of the lamp. But you do need to keep the charger on hand and in range of the cord length.. We bought these for a storage room we have. We aren't in there often, but it's nice to have light when we are in there. We keep the remote Velcroed to the wall before you enter so it's easy to have light as you enter. They are probably totally overkill for a storage room, but they do the job we needed them to do.
