For most pests, including roaches, this is what you need. Forget the sprays, the traps, the pellets, and the DIY concoctions. Spend the extra few bucks and buy the container of Alpine once every few years. 2nd time purchasing this product. Lasts a long time and have been able to treat several properties for friends and relatives over the years, on top of my own. Follow the instructions and you will have no pests, just the occasional spider with nothing to eat. I wish I had before and after photos of the several properties I have used this on, but you'll have to take my word. If you want to go from infested to not seeing a roach in years - this is the answer.

Price is high but works very well and has almost no odor. As long as you read the label and us this product correctly it works amazing. Note it works best with an IGR product. Will need to use this more then once for best results not a one shot kill.

It’s kind pricy, but it’s worth every single penny you spent! And they are working like magic! First you have to make sure that your place has no crack/hole/open gap that can connect between outside with the inside. Fill and close those gap first because if you don’t the roach still will running around. Second, clean up your space, wash/mop every single area as detail as you can. Then, mix it up as direction said and spray it! Spray it on every single area, don’t miss a single spot. Then you just wait, and moving on. You will start seeing the dead roaches in few hours or days. It’s really depends on how bad it is. You will feel surprise that the dead roaches may showed up at somewhere you never thought they would be there! Spray every where! It kills adult roaches/baby roaches/eggs anything! I don’t know what behind the science, it’s amazing! Heads up, it won’t kill the bug right way, but within few hours and days for sure and they chemicals making them infect with each other! Then you will have a clean place as long as you keep it clean! This is saved my life! I was can’t sleep for days and night, I even can’t go to work because am so desperate! I called pest control over and of course it works at some point, but this one is the king! And life saver!
