The media could not be loaded. I’m renovating my bathroom — we poured a new screed and set up this dehumidifier. It works great! It pulls moisture out really fast, and the floor is drying much quicker than I expected. Super easy to use, no hassle at all. Highly recommend!

I purchased the Airwerx55 to replace a Frigidaire unit that was crap. My 600 square foot concrete floor crawl space is 30' by 20' by 5.5' tall. That is roughly 3000 cubic feet. Not a really large space but it was humid and very musty smelling. I started out at 66% humidity on a Wednesday and by Saturday it was down to 38%. I purchased the remote control unit that the company Baseaire offers for an additional $100.00. I recommend also getting the remote as it will make your life easier. I do not have to go down in the crawl space just to check the humidity. The build quality of the Airwerx55 is by today's standards exceptional. It is compact but it looks industrial. You have the option of adding a duct to the discharge if you wish. It is Energy Star rated which is important. I purchased it mainly because it will function well even when my crawl space gets colder in the winter, as the space is insulated but un-heated. The unit has the capacity to keep humidity levels low in anticipation of temperature drops that would ordinarily raise the relative humidity. Again, It is a quality built unit that I am glad I took the time to research and purchase.

Purchased in 2022. The unit ran flawless until 2025 when it started freezing up. I contacted support and they worked with me to troubleshoot the issue. They sent me a new circuit board and that resolved the freezing up. Unit is going back into the crawl space to mitigate moisture. Gave them a 4 since the unit broke down in the first place.

This is a really great dehumidifier especially at the price. It is easy to move around but still large enough to handle most tasks. The handles make it super easy to carry and maneuver. Super easy to get set up and works very well, and quiet for the size and effectiveness. Highly recommended

This is a serious product. Metal case, rather than cheap molded plastic. I used this in a large, seriously damp basement, with 95% humidity, and lots of mold and mildew. After a week, the basement was a steady 45% humidity, and the mold and mildew were no longer active. This is far superior to the plastic models with the condensate container that must be manually emptied. This one must be continuously drained, because it will suck gallons of water per day out of the air. Didn't try the remote, etc., but I'm sure they're fine.

I purchased this unit (90X) for my crawlspace in March 2023. It does a great job of lowering my humidity from 84% down to 55%. After using for 5 months I noticed the humidity had gone back up into the 80s. I went down to check the machine and it was not running and it would not turn back on. I contacted customer service at Airwerx and immediately got a response from Sam in customer service. After describing the problem, they said it might be a loose wire or a failed circuit board. They sent me two circuit boards ( mother board and control board) free of charge. The boards were easy to replace and now my dehumidifier is running great! It is refreshing to see a company support their products!
