Got the safe for our restaurant and I've been very happy with it. The safe can be set with two separate codes and there is an option to require both codes be used together for added security. Easily fits my security drop bags and seems really sturdy. Comes with two physical keys just in case you lock yourself out. Word of caution, if you enter the code wrong 3 times the whole system goes dead for 15 mins. I thought it broke but it's actually designed to do that, but it's not really clear in the instructions.

This is just what we needed! Didn't say it came with emergency keys and almost didn't order it because of it but when I opened the packaging it came with 2 keys. It also came with to boots to secure it. It was also easy to set the code and so far I'm so very happy!

** UPDATED** I did so much research when looking at digital keypad safes and this seemed to be the best option. After 3 months the handle stopped turning after I entered the code. Now I have to use a key to open the thing. Every so often I hit the keypad and pray the handle will work. It doesn't now the numbers are starting to not work. I finally got a human being from Baska to speak to me. She believed there was a keypad flaw. They sent me a new keypad and when I got a screwdriver and it all apart to install I discovered that it was impossible to replace the keypad because the manufacturer had welded 2 pieces of metal to cover the hole between the front and back where the keypad circuits go. So basically, if your keypad stops working youre screwed. They are sending me a brand new safe which is awesome! But at the end of the day... this has been way more trouble than it was worth

Here's the good, the bad, and the ugly on this safe. Let's start with the good. Construction is of good quality. The safe comes with the bolts necessary to attach the safe to the floor. Pre-drilled holes in the bottom really help too. The safe is large enough to hold all the deposits we drop at our restaurant for a week, if need be. Now the bad. I read reviews where the keypad works for about two weeks and then just dies. For us, it lasted about three weeks and then...dead. We changed the battery to a fresh one and still it just would not work. We have to use the keys (2 come with it), but that's a complete pain in the butt because the key for it is HUGE. It's so long and it sucks. I read all the reviews and crossed my fingers that we'd get a good one. Nope. It's total junk. I'd get something different if I were you.

As others have said the digital pad ceased to function in less then 3 weeks Seems a pattern on any brand of safe using the round type keypad

I have been through many safes ranging from many different sizes and i can say that this safe has been the most heavy duty of them all. If you decide to bolt this to the floor with the four slots already prepared for you, then i can pretty much guarantee you that nobody is stealing this safe from you location. I bought it for my business so staff can throw in daily collected funds. I liked it so much, i ended buying one for my house so my wife can throw in valuables that she wears daily. Go with it, you wont regret it, just make sure you have enough room for it as it is tall.

After 9 months the keypad doesn’t work for numbers 1-6. I can’t even change the code because I can’t access the master code because it uses those numbers.
