Unfortunately my rental required something like this. I did my research up and down the internet to find something not torturous for my doggies and I found these, thank god! They have a setting where it just beeps in your dogs ear and vibrates on their necks so that’s the setting I used. I tested out the shock setting just to see how bad it was and it wasn’t terrible but definitely wouldn’t put it on my dogs (they’re under 15lbs). The beeping/vibrating got them to stop barking and even kinda trained them on their own not to bark as much which was cool!

It was very hard to get it smaller. Very good quality for the collar and it works great. Stopping him from barking and the days I don’t put it on he wants to bark but only a small part comes out because he doesn’t want a shock. Works great without charging for days..Just wish it wasn’t so hard to make it smaller but the price wasn’t too high. Great product!!

I have a yapping Chihuahua. He barks at any and everything non stop once he starts. Originally I had a collar with a remote it worked but he barked right through the beep/vibration and half the time I didn’t have the remote near by to fully train him. THIS product has been amazing so far simply because I don’t have to scramble for a remote. My environment is usually quiet with light traffic so I had the sensitivity set at 3. I’m giving it four stars because it’s only been a day. I WFH so I kept it on him while I was working he would bark the sound would go off and he immediately stopped. One bark is nice instead of constant. I took the collar off once I got off workout and haven’t heard a peep! 8 hours of wear and his neck seems fine no bruises or anything. He has grunted but nothing excessive like normal. I will ONLY use the vibration mode because he’s tiny maybe 6lbs so the shock is not necessary. I was afraid he would bark through it since he is already familiar with a collar beep/vibration however its very different on demand instead of waiting for me to find the remote. The only thing I don’t like is the size of it wish there was a smaller option. Other than that I am satisfied and would highly recommend.

For the first few months, I set this at the lowest beep sound (no vibration or zap), then gradually had to increase the sound bc my dog would get desensitized to the beep. Once I maxed it out, I introduced the vibration — gradually going up to the max bc again, he got desensitized to both the sound + vibration. Now, after about a year and a half, I’ve given up using it bc it has no effect on him anymore and I don’t want to introduce the zap. Too bad bc it worked great while it lasted. It would settle him down and stop his barking (usually at strangers, dogs, squirrels). What I loved most was that my dog had no idea the beep/vibration was coming from the collar bc he never had an issue with me putting it on him. Now I need to find a different solution. The battery was descent and would last several days before I had to charge it.

Lasted a year before the power button wore out. Now I have to plug it in to power it on, and I can't turn it off. Solid collar, though. Worked well for barking.
