Very minor dent on door. Shipping box and stryofoam was trashed, however freezer survived and seems to be working. I will keep it so I don't have to deal with return. Nice size, good capacity, shelf baskets a bit wobbly. Midpoint temp control keeps stuff well frozen. Frost free so far, but it’s only been two wks. Interestingly, the product listing says frost free, but its box and booklet do not. 🤞

Freezer arrived with a big gash in the side that they tried to fill it with a putty like substance. Also it says it is a manual defrost, not frost free! False advertising at its best! it also is dented and there is no cord to plug it in!

Size: 3.1 Cubic Feet Pattern Name: Freezer
This little freezer does a very good job at achieving low temperatures. At the max setting of 6 it maintains temps of -10 to -14 deg. F. At the recommended setting of 4 it keeps the temp at -2 t0 -4 deg F, just what's needed for a home freezer. I wanted a small upright freezer to augment the freezer in my refrigerator. I don't like chest type freezers because it's too hard to find things in them. The only thing I don't care for is that the shelves are not made to keep things directly on the shelves as in a standard home refrigerator. Instead each shelf has a basket to pull out and load or unload. I would prefer standard shelves for easier access. ... show more

This freezer is a bit on the small side in the inside given its outer dimensions. I have an identically sized freezer on the outside with probably 15% greater interior, so that's disappointing. The interior baskets are a nice feature, making it easy to find bags of beans, berries, etc. The only dumb thing about the function is the placement of the thermostat dial in the very back bottom of the machine, meaning you have to get down on hands and knees, after pulling out the freezer from its position, get a flashlight, and crane your neck/arms to see what the setting is or change it.
