After the bariatric surgery, this pill taste so overly. Not the pills fault I guess but the doctor did tell me that my taste buds will change. These were recommended by Dr. I had gastric sleeve surgery years ago. She advised these have the perfect amounts of what is needed. And she recommended these because they are chewable/dissolvable. I only rated 4 out of 5 stars since I'm not a chewable medicine person. I break it apart into little pieces & swallow it w/ my daily medicine. There is an after taste to me. However, I think that's more of a me-thing. It reminds me of something, but I can't place my finger on it. I think it's just a strong vitamin flavor. But I would still recommend these, especially to any bariatric patients. I've just been taking these the last few days, so far, I haven't noticed any increased energy levels, but I also haven't noticed any negative side effects either. ... show more

These were highly recommended by my doctor after gastric sleeve, you don’t swallow these they are chewables. They smell so good and have good taste The texture is not very chalky I haven’t gotten any side effects. They are much of a price than buying from the doctor so great value. I'm a big fan of this brand's Iron melts, so I decided to try their multivitamin. I have a strong gag reflex that makes swallowing capsules and tablets difficult, so I've been trying out a lot of chewable supplements. Unlike their tiny Iron melts, these multivitamins are larger. That means that unfortunately they don't melt quickly in my mouth. I end up having to chew these so that I'm not stuck with it in my mouth for several minutes. These are unpleasantly powdery in my mouth upon chewing. These are a better alternative to pills you have to swallow. However, the powdery quality of these large melts makes this a product I won't buy again. I may not appreciate the way gummies stick to my teeth, but gummies provide a better chewing experience to these melts that refuse to melt in my mouth. ... show more
