Introduction for Barefoot WALK 3.0 Earthing Shoe Strap - Earthing strap transforms your favorite shoe into grounding shoes & earthing shoes. - You can use your own shoes to stay grounded. - The most comfortable shoes are the ones you usually wear. - The BAREFOOT WALK 3.0 provides a grounding method that combines style, function and comfort. B. Fitting Guide for Barefoot WALK 3.0 Earthing Shoe Strap 1. Check sidewall height - Before removing the release paper from the strap, consider the shape of the shoe and select the appropriate bonding location. - It is desirable to install it on the arch part of the shoe, but it does not have to be limited to this. - Adjust the angle according to the height of the side wall 2. Attach the tab to the insole/outsole - Wipe the adhesive surface clean before bonding (the included alcohol swab will help). - Remove and fix the release paper on one side of the tab, then attach the rest while gradually removing the release paper. - Avoiding bumps on the outsole helps improve durability. 3. Notice - If possible, wear shoes after at least 12 hours have elapsed after bonding to obtain sufficient bonding strength. - This strap is a consumable item and will naturally wear out with use. - Please exchange for a new product at the appropriate time. - Since it has conductivity for grounding, it cannot be used where there is a risk of electric shock. - The adhesive may damage the adhesive surface of the shoe. - Adhesion may decrease in cold weather.

I tested these a dozen times with a grounding tester, experimenting with how grounding works on different surfaces and with different socks. They do actually ground very well, so long as one end is touching your (cotton or natural fiber) sock at the bottom of the shoe, and the other and is touching the ground. Despite what I've read, concrete and sidewalks are not grounding (and of course not asphalt). So I have to walk on earth or stone to be grounded. I've walked miles with these, in puddles and sand and rough surfaces, and I was surprised how durable these are. I am sure they will wear out with time. And I wish they were cheaper or had bulk prices. But this seller has one of the best prices. ... show more

I really wanted to love these, as they would have been an easy and convenient way to ground any pair of shoes, rather than purchasing specific (and expensive) grounding shoes. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product at all. While I understand the consumable nature of this product, for the price point I expect it to last longer than 6 days. I tried 3 strips out of 5 in the pack on 3 different pairs of shoes. Each lasted less than a week with normal daily wear, even after repeated attempts at repair and adhesive reinforcement.
