We're super impressed with this chair. High quality and very comfortable. It has just the right amount of give when you sit down—hard to describe. If you're mechanically inclined, the assembly will be a snap. If not, it's going to take you a little while, but the instructions are very clear and the parts are well labeled. If you have a ratchet drive with Allen wrench attachments, that will make the process faster. Note that the shipping was not smooth. I owned one of these chairs previously, and it was pretty sturdy and lasted quite a while. Then the bolts that secure the chair to the base sheared off and the chair collapsed (with me in it). Since it was comfortable, I thought I’d order another. The quality of the new one is terrible. The arms don’t fit correctly. The leather (or vinyl) on one arm is cracking and it generally feels like it’s falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this chair because the quality has declined so much from the previous one. ... show more

Just what we expected when we ordered. The only issue at all is over time I believe there will be a hole in the seat, it looks like when it was packaged it was pinched between other pieces. It was the wife's Christmas present, and she loves it. That's all that matters
