The 70° Angle in the product photo shows that it sits up a bit more than it does. It'd a nice chair and would be more comfortable if it was a bit more upright. The arms do come out to allow people to get in and out; however, they are hard to take out and put back in. I bought this to do pedicures (not tatoos) so I needed a more seemless arm rest movement. The hydronic lift is very nice and quiet. I returned it because of the back angle. There were no defects or issues with it. I will say to do your research before ordering. I had to pay to return it (and receive it $50) and it cost me $290 to do so. I'm not happy about that part at all. That's why it's a 4 star review. I think it should be $50 to return as well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First things first the chair is on the expensive side so you expect it to be good quality right? WRONG! I bought this chair over a $200 chair thinking it was worth the buy. When I opened the boxes there was MICE POOP! Second, the chair came dirty and scratched. Third, the chair is wrapped in plastic and then assembled so in order to get all the plasctic out you have to take all the hardware off. Fourth, the pole that’s supposed to hold the backrest up falls down so I couldn’t sit on it if I wanted to because I’ll completly fall back. Fifth, the chair was very wobbly & not sturdy. SIXTH, the foot rest doesn’t go down to a 90 degree angle without the pole hitting the electric part underneath so if you need to work directly in front of your client YOU CANT! SEVENTH, I DID NOT SPEND $500 FOR ALL THESE THINGS TO BE WRONG WITH THE CHAIR I EXPECT IT TO AT LEAST STAY UP AND WORK LIKE A DAMN CHAIR!! ... show more

Just set it up today. Everything works the way it’s supposed to and the directions were easy to understand. Took about an hour to set up with the help of my sister. My favorite part is the removal head cushion. I do facials and back facials. The padding is even removal which is good because during a facial, it makes it easier to get behind clients shoulders if their head is laying flat.
