The chair is hard to put together, the instructions are very unclear. The base is made of plastic which makes it less stable. The levers are hard to use to lower and lift the foot and head of the bed. Overall, I would not purchase again

Great chair, pretty easy to set up make sure to have a socket wrench or wrenches of different sizes handy. Hydraulic pump works well to lower and raise the chair. You have to manually recline it though in case that wasnt clear!

Please refrain from ordering this bed. My client fell off this bed because it tilted over. It’s not sturdy at all.

So I didn’t buy the bed from this company but it’s the exactly! The bed is not bad I do like the fact that it is 360 but the pump doesn’t really work and if you sit on the head of the bed it will flip the bed. Or if you have a heavier client and they elevate their legs for a waxing service 😅😥😢I had two occasions I had clients almost fell. I was so embarrassed! Now I make sure I have a sure to put my stool underneath the top of the bed.smh ... show more
