my wife bought this for doing squats using our new squat rack. she wasn't cool with using a towel, and wanted a more comfortable lift/squat. I like this cushion for what it is, my only issue is she lost those straps that come with it, and I've had it so I'd start moving under the weight bar and have the thing pop off the bar, not a deal breaker, just an minor annoyance. Does it’s job and adds cushion when doing squats and hip thrust. My weights are on the lighter side (75-100) so I don’t know how it holds up when going heavier.
