I got this bread kit for a friend as a birthday gift. It came nicely packaged but the box is not really giftable. But the product was good. The baskets are made with natural material which I liked because you don't want use plastic when making the bread. And the tools were all there. It made a very nice gift. I'm happy with this purchase.

I got this for my eldest who is an avid bread maker for their new apartment. Everything needed to rise, cut and prepare dough is included. I the only tool I probably won’t use is the silicone dough measurement thing (looks like a circle with two long ends) I don’t think it’s useful. The kit has two reed baskets with washable muslin lined covers. Scraping tools, dough scoring tool, dough cutter, brushes, and spare blades for the scoring tool. Overall it’s a nice kit for someone who is just getting started with bread making and doesn’t have many tools. The tools are sort of a mixed bag of well made and ish but for a beginner set they are fine.

Good collection of tools to start off. Has the basic items but the kit could have added few other things to make it complete. The baskets are nice wide shallow bowls with good covers. The sling makes it easy to visualize the size of the bread. Various flour and dough working tools. The quality of tools are ok. You can always get better ones later if you decide to start making bread more frequently. Couple of items i thought that would make this great were a small water spray bottle to mist the bread in the oven and a small silicon cup to go with the silicon brush. You can get a bunch of these also if anyone are teaching to students like workshop.

We are excited about making sourdough bread, and this kit has exactly what we need. It is very complete, and the items all appear to be of good quality. I really like the rattan baskets, and linen liners.
