The red is absolutely beautiful, it's well made, all of my buttons and snaps are exactly where they belong, all even, great fit open or closed, and I can get a sweater under it. The coat is well made, fits perfectly, and looks really good! On the other hand, I bought this as a Christmas gift for delivery on Dec 21. It arrived right on time, as expected. What was NOT expected is that Amazon would deliver it in a clear plastic bag instead the usual box or white Amazon packaging. My wife was delighted to see what her Christmas gift was. I was almost shocked by the wonderful quality of this coat. I don’t see how it could have been made for the price I paid. It is a little “boxy” it does not have extreme tailoring, but it looks stylish, is wonderfully warm and cozy, and much more elegant that a cheap jacket or puffed up vest or coat. Absolutely buy the coat. This is admittedly not made from the ‘finest materials’, but it looks like it is. It’s comfortable, it keeps me warm and it looks great! I’m 5’7, 185 lbs and the Large fits perfectly. The XL definitely would have been too big in my opinion.

I ordered this coat in a large which I usually take but I had to return the coat as it was too small for a large. The coat was nice and a heavy wool coat for winter. One size up might of fit better.
