I love this little freezer we have a very small house with a very small deck on the back it fits there perfectly has plenty of shelves in it I'm so happy with this freezer and the shipping was fast I've only had it about 3 months so we'll see how well it does in a year's time

This his exactly what I needed. Had a deep freezer that needed replacing and never liked how hard it was to find anything in the deep freezer. This one is roomy with plenty of shelves. Arrived fairly quickly and in perfect condition. Much lighter than I expected so easy to move. Plugged in and within a couple of hours, the provided ice tray was fully frozen.

This small freezer is about the same size as the freezer attached to my refrigerator. I love it, hold exactly what I needed it for. Shelves do not freeze. It was easy to find a space for. I would recommend this for others looking for extra space. Easy to see the products inside.

It freezes very well and reached the proper temperature quickly after setup. The size is great for extra food storage, and it looks modern with the stainless steel front, making it a nice addition to my kitchen. Unfortunately, mine arrived with some cosmetic damage from shipping, and it also makes a slight noise while running. The noise is not loud enough to affect its performance, and it has continued to keep everything frozen without any issues. I also want to mention that the seller’s customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, were very professional, and worked with me to resolve the issue, which I really appreciate. If you’re looking for a freezer that performs well and offers good storage space, I would recommend it. I just hope the packaging is improved to better protect it during shipping.

I have had the freezer a few months… it’s not as big as I had wished… and more importantly the door gasket at the top leaks and so the top of the freezer is always full of ice… which I need to scrape off regularly… Not thrilled..

Absolutely bangin Customer service. Unfortunately it was dented during Transportation but they made it right right away. The freezer itself is pretty good it's spacious it's not overbearingly big it gets cold really fast and even when you stuff it full it still stays cold I'm actually surprised I would say it's pretty good for the price. Highly recommend. I leave honest reviews and I can be mean but I definitely recommend purchasing this. I have had no issues so far and my food is still frozen solid. Fits in my room but great for dorm rooms, offices, or introverted teenagers who don't want to leave their room. Great for the garage or great for a gift.

I had an amazing customer service experience with Sunnee. When I reported that a lot of ice was forming at the top of the freezer, Sunnee immediately offered to send me a replacement at no additional cost and didn’t even require me to return the old unit. The process was effortless and far exceeded my expectations. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Sunnee and Bungsee. Because of this level of customer care, I would confidently purchase other products from Sunnee and this company again. As for the freezer itself, it’s a solid product and gets the job done well.
